What I love most is the incredible variety. There's an impressive collection of upscale shops and luxury retailers, along with plenty of familiar favorites, boutiques, beauty destinations, and everything in between. Whether I'm browsing the latest designer pieces, treating myself to something special, or simply enjoying a little retail therapy, there's always something that catches my eye. The dining scene is another major highlight. There are so many amazing restaurants and places to grab a bite, making it easy to turn a shopping trip into an entire afternoon or evening out. I love that you can come for a little shopping and end up staying for dinner, drinks, or dessert. The mall itself has that polished Scottsdale atmosphere that makes the experience feel elevated, and there's always a sense of energy and sophistication without it feeling overly formal. It has changed quite a bit since I was younger, but somehow it has maintained the charm that keeps me coming back. If there's one consistent downside, it's the parking. Depending on the day and time, navigating the parking areas can be frustrating, and finding a convenient spot can definitely require some patience. Still, after all these years, Scottsdale Fashion Square remains one of my favorite places to shop, dine, browse, and simply enjoy the Scottsdale experience. It's nostalgic for me, but it continues to offer something new every time I visit.

We got lucky and found a space right away. The escalator going up and down was out of service. The two elevators were operational so all was good. The plaza features many familiar named stores, a Harkins Theater, food court, sit down restaurants, high end designer stores and many boutiques. Stairs and escalators will take you to various floors. Clean restrooms are scattered throughout the plaza. Be ready to shop until you drop. You'll also find valet parking and WiFi in the plaza.

I'm also a regular Last Chance shopper in Phoenix, and on multiple occasions I've seen very specific designer pieces there at deeply discounted prices, only to see what appear to be the same items show up at My Sister's Closet shortly afterward for significantly more. It's happened enough times that it's hard not to notice. I obviously can't confirm where MSC is sourcing these items, but based on what I've personally observed, I question whether some inventory is being purchased from Last Chance or other clearance sources and marked up for resale. The biggest disappointment is the pricing. Their prices are now comparable to The RealReal, but with a fraction of the selection and no return policy. At that point, there's really no incentive to shop here anymore. As a longtime customer, it's disappointing because finding unique designer pieces at genuinely good resale prices was what made MSC so great.

About a month ago I bought my first Louis Vuitton bag in Vegas. I was so ecstatic I save almost 4k for it and I was so proud of myself, the store employees in Vegas were so accommodating and helpful, they made me feel like a celebrity. I walked into the one in fashion square and was immediately met with stares, an employee was even standing in front of the door blocking it so I couldn't walk directly in. Her name was Hailey. I decided after having it a few weeks (when I say I had it a few weeks, the majority of that time was spent in the box. I just wasn't sure what I wanted to do) that it wasn't big enough. Arizona, having the gun laws they do I always have my 9mm on me and it didn't fit my pistol which I didn't know when I bought it originally because I didn't have it on me in Vegas. When I tell you the employees at this specific store treated me like I was a bum off the street I am not joking: I have a lot of tattoos, two full sleeves and neck tattoos which I was under the impression that it was 2026 and it was no longer taboo to have a lot of tattoos. Apparently not. I was stated at by a good majority employees while I walked around the store looking for my next bag and felt like I was being "watched." I was told that I could not exchange it the lady that told me that I could not exchange it said "well why would you buy a bag that's too small for you." this lady had some sort of accent. I wanna say it was Russian or something. She was extremely rude to me. I normally don't post reviews like this unless it really affected me. The lady told me that there were clear marks of use on the bag which there were none. I had the bag for less than a month. They told me the return policy was 30 days. They refused to look at the receipt to see that it was a 30 it was less than 30 days. They just told me that there were too many signs of use on the bag which again there were not. I would not send my mother in the store. I asked the manager Hailey to look at the receipt and she kind of wrote me off like I shouldn't even be there in the first place. The The simple fact that I was asked such a condescending question as why would you buy a bag that's too small for you was so out of left field. I've never been treated like that in Goodwill let alone Louis Vuitton you guys give that brand a bad name and I don't think I will ever buy any Louis Vuitton ever again just for that sole reason I'll take pictures of the bag so you can see them below and see that they are in near perfect condition Honestly, I would like to talk to someone in corporate because This was insane treatment by people that are supposed to be luxury retailers.
