Has recently reopened under new owner and management. Went on Friday night and was seated right…read moreaway. The server was very attentive and drinks were excellent. I ordered the bleu burger, it was perfectly cooked and tasted great. Menu is primarily burgers and sandwiches with some starters and desserts. I would definitely visit again when I am in Red Lodge.

This was an outstanding experience from start to end. It has an eclectic, cozy feel to it and you are immediately welcomed as you enter the door. Food is served tapas style which I liked because we were able to try more things! Things we ordered: Pork belly: Smoky and super flavorful, had a nice labneh sauce with it Brussels sprouts: Deliciously coated in buffalo cause and Gorgonzola cheese Broccolini: one of my favorites, paired with pine nuts and a salsa verde sauce Duck & Foie Sausage: Hearty sausage paired with creamed leeks- interesting flavor combos here! Lamb sliders: I liked these paired with goat cheese but nothing special Sticky toffee pudding: decadent caramel delight! Order this! Drinks: Watermelon cucumber margarita (made with agave wine) super refreshing and strong I was impressed by the unique flavor combinations of the dishes and overall experience I had here. Great place that offers local Red Lodge cuisine!

This is a gem in the mountains, Montana that you can't afford to miss. We started with the Burrata…read moreand prosciutto appetizer. The burrata was perfect and fresh. There was lovely oil and the bread was tasty. I want to warn you, though this is on a bed of prosciutto. Like so much. I had the carbonara and you could tell the pasta was fresh and the sauce was made simply with fresh ingredients. My dining partner had the Maccheroni Alla Norma which had delicious fresh pasta and sauce and tasty roasted eggplant. for dessert I tried the torte Della nonna The torta itself was great very lemony. But the ice cream was honestly some of the best ice cream I've ever had. we also had the profiterole the chocolate sauce was great and the cream was yummy. Wheelchair accessibility: this restaurant is very tightly packed and to get to the bathroom people had to physically stand up and lean chairs against tables for us to pass though. We really did appreciate the fact that the hostess led us to the back having the people move rather than us doing it ourselves. On the way out of the bathroom, we actually went out through the kitchen door and back around and when we went back to the bathroom later, we did the same thing. The bathroom door is heavy and so you might need assistance, but the bathroom is spacious. We actually dined alfresco, and one of the two tables at the entrance to the restaurant highly recommend. there is an accessible parking lot on the street right around the corner.

This is a quite sophisticated Italian restaurant for Red Lodge, and deserves five stars for being…read moresuch a standout in this area flooded with steaks, burgers, Mexican, and sandwich places. The pasta preparations are creative and balanced, the pasta is perfectly cooked al dente, and if the prices seem high for the area, it's balanced by very large and shareable portions. The Caesar salad (huge) and busiati pasta made a great meal for the two of us. Would piccolo cucina be five stars in New York City? Probably not. The dressing was a little cloying, and the complimentary focaccia was a little dry. But that's nitpicking. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
