There are no welcome to the studio feeling (this was my first time there) nor did he offer to show me the studio or take me on a tour which has been the norm with studios in the past. In addition there were only three students in the class so it was not like he was pressed for time. The class was advertised as Lunchtime Yoga . It was a chair Yoga class that incorporated different types of ballet moves. Huh? I mentioned this was not advertised online but he blew me off. He was not engaging whatsoever during the practice. One of the worst instructors ever. In addition, I sent a complaint through the company website. No response. Classy. Don't waste your time!

The vinyasa class began right at 8:30am. Desiree began class with a mantra and a suggestion to focus on for "today's practice." I like that! She reminded us often to breath & led us through mindful flows. To the people who were new to Yoga (there were 2 I believe) she was very encouraging and reminded them this was their practice and to find a position comfortable for them. Overall an excellent experience & I'm most likely going to class tomorrow @ 10:00am unless my brother plans something else for me at that time. 4 stars because I couldn't make a purchase from their store because it "doesn't open until 11:00am." I get it. Only certain people have keys to the kingdom, but it would have been great to do a little shopping. The store is filled with lots of yoga & non-Yoga related items. #vacationshopper

There are beginner classes and more advanced classes, some classes focus on the core. The sessions are mostly in the morning and in the early evening. Don't be late! She has plenty of floor space and some merchandise for sale, including mats. I find these exercises have helped flexibility in my neck and spine (it makes it easier to drive). I am a guy, 54, and would recommend this activity to anyone. I believe the first class is free for locals!

Then i get an automated text line asking me to take a tour after i was trying to cancel over And over and over. Will never return will never apply. This gym is also poorly run, septic system obviously is broken, moisture, mold, improperly maintained machines, inexperienced staff, out dated protein shakes parking lots in disrepair, front entrance unclean, probly hasn't had a window cleaned since the last business owned it. Real shamble of a gym.

I totally understand reconstruction, or moving equipment, but there is nothing posted on the website, google, social media, texts/emails, or any local group notices. It's hard enough waking up early, let alone to have to go back home after accomplishing nothing lol. For the gym itself it has decent equipment, but the treadmills are limited and often broken, and it can be very crowded at times. The people who attend are respectful and not a problem, but I just wish there were announcements for closures or broken equipment. I honestly would love to plan ahead of time when I cannot access the gym, so It'd be way more appealing to know when things are going on

She also has a calming, yet energetic presence. The studio is beautiful, warm and welcoming. I could feel a big improvement in my body's mobility and alignment by the end of each class. The second floor studio is warm and inviting, like the owner/teacher who greeted me upon entering. This is definitely a "locals" establishment based on who else seemed to be in the class I attended on a weekday, but you will feel welcome as a visitor. The students attending via Zoom had connections to Cannon Beach, but were living in other parts of the Northwest. Now for the yoga: if you read the owner's bio and know who her teachers have been and you resonate with that, you will LOVE this yoga. That is the case for me. This was one of the best classes I have attended in a long time. I am hoping to go again on an upcoming visit to Cannon Beach. I highly recommend this studio for yoga lovers!
