She sent a letter in October and called in November, yet reps repeatedly ignored her "no," circling back with sales pitches until she was forced to hang up. It took me stepping in and threatening to record the call in January for them to finally process the request - but only after 45 minutes of bullying. They continued billing her for months after she legally requested a stop. If you value honesty and respect for seniors, stay far away from this company. They don't provide security; they provide harassment.
