I scheduled an appointment for an annual fire extinguisher inspection; inspector was a no show. No call, no show. I called to find out what happened no explanation just a rescheduled. I called the day of the reschedule to confirm the appointment only to be informed that the inspector changed the day to the following day to a day and time I am unavailable without a call to make a convenient arrangement. The woman I spoke with who identified herself as only taking the calls refused to give me the name of the person in charge nor a phone number to reach him. She was full of excuses about this second missed appointment. This whole operation sounds very shady and I am VERY happy I did not give them my sprinkler business in addition to the extinguisher inspection. Not a reputable company with awful customer service.
