He fixed everything right then and there. He painted the pipes, tested the entire system, did some maintenance and took care of the fire extinguishers and signage. I've had an issue with some violations from the fire dept in a commercial space I was renting. The space wasn't put up to code and the landlord basically said according to our lease it is up to us. This was before the fire department started doing these checks which I hear they only do when the economy seems to be getting better and that's when they go and check on these violations to get money. Had 3 people give me estimates and went with citywide. Despite the reviews I went ahead with them and after a year they have still been great. Everything was done according to the contract in a timely manner and has been a pleasure to work with. I've had a great experience with Citywide so far. I initially connected with them when trying to resolve a violation that I had with a building I manage in Brooklyn. Vinny and his team quickly resolved the issue and have taken care of all of the inspections since then. City and State rules and regulations can be a real pain to navigate so it's been great to turn over the fire pump and sprinkler part of maze over to Citywide and not have to worry about it anymore. I received three FDNY violations. After calling a few of companies, I decided on Citywide because I felt they had the best plan to correct these violations. They came to my building and really simplified the situation for me by basically organizing all of my violations and responding accordingly. Awful, phony company, stay away. If you don't immediately sign up, they will report you to FDNY for summons. That's how their business operates. They use blackmail, coercion just so you sign up for sprinkler service. This business should be reported for bad business tactics, they should be shut down. Stay away! read more
