I had two propane tanks to fill during the first one there is a minimum of 5 gallons. She proceeded to fill my tank without opening the vent, filled it up to The Max which was overfilled without the vent, opened introducing moisture to my tank on the interior, creating a hazard which could potentially fail any equipment that I hook it up to. I called this morning on July 6 spoke to the lady and asked if she was the one from yesterday she said no. I proceeded to ask her did she know the young lady's name she said she does not know any of the ladies that work there so I jump in my vehicle and drive down to 1550 Fremont St. in Seaside California the lady that answered the phone was standing There I looked at the young lady next to her, and she was the one that filled my tank. That's odd that she said she did not know who the other employee was when actually she was standing right next to her liar I hate liars. She proceeded to tell me to leave my name and phone number that the owner would be back on Wednesday in the afternoon I called the credit card company disputed these charges and called the fire department in Seaside, California to inquire what should I do with this hazard that I have now Do not get your tanks with propane filled here. If this was a motorhome, she would've had to destroyed the regulator. Phillps Real Estate should have responded immediately. They did not. They ignored me. The chemicals burned my eye balls too bad to see to work for days. Mind you I'm disabled with Multiple Sclerosis. This is just the most recent attempt on my life by the board president, that Bill continues to forgive her behavior endangering the people they both swore to protect. Why would some big named sponsors back this trash? Getting into this festival was intense. First the list of what isn't allowed, PRO sports, international air travel and concerts are easier to get into. The hyper security at the entry was overkill. Questions and a full body wand scan. A bit silly. They try to make this about the artichokes but it's about the money really... isn't it. From the parking, gate fees and food it's for those with disposable incomes. I rented for almost 5 years at 716 Tyler from Paramount Properties. In the past I rented from…read moreMangold and they where just a nightmare compared to this rental management property. I have also worked with better but that was through the military. I am not sure what renters are expecting, rent goes up every year, thats anywhere. Paramount raised the rent every year just about but never gouged us. They left proper notices before entering the home, answered inquiries if I had any, provided maintenance when needed and had a simple enough auto-pay system. Communication is key, I always made sure I communicated any issues or concerns. When I was able to buy a home I put in my notice, did the move out inspection. I didn't hire cleaners, I took time off work and cleaned and washed the carpets myself, we did small repairs but I know we left our mark in that rental we spent 24 hours in that house for almost 2 years just about. I did take my own pictures prior to move in and kept the original lease in file, documented the same when exiting and got about 40% of my deposit back (around 900). Frankly I think it was fair but if I didn't I have documentation to back it up. My suggestion to anyone is document, do the inspection and if you disagree go to court as it is your right but most importantly communicate and provide facts not opinions. Rental properties have rules, read the lease as it is a binding contract. Kind regards, CW
