We've all had cheesesteak subs that might have had a bit of gristle. It's steak. Meat has gristle, but this sub had it throughout. It was horrible. I was so disappointed - I really wanted to take it back, and ask someone from the kitchen to take a bite. But, alas.... As someone who eats cheesesteak subs, I'm pretty lazy, so I just spit out the gross part and kept eating it. But then I thought I would write a review on Yelp about how bad it was. Ya know, like a lazy person. On a bright note, the pizza was outstanding. Stick with the deluxe pizza w/extra cheese, and you'll be happy. To the Marcos management team.... You should really think hard about offering such a sub par cheesesteak sub. Maybe switch to minute steaks, or a better cut of beef that is all meat. Just my two cents. Or, just stick to pizza.
