I had Avocado Toast here. It was good, not great but good. They only use butter here not oil....so you're not going to get a olive oil drizzle or anything like that. UPDATE: Listen... I have no financial ties to this place, although I wish I did. I'm just a rolling stone drifting through and stumbled across this place that was so good, I went back the next day. Wait, free OJ refills?! Who does that? This time I had to try the pancakes, only expecting greatness now, and I'm more upset at myself that I could only eat half the plate when my eyeballs were saying EAT MORE! Last note to make, look at the picture, that's the regular Breakfest with nothing added on. All I can say is SHEESH! (There were 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and 2 sausage originally) total cost 27 bucks. ORIGINAL: You would be an absolute fool to go anywhere else to eat Breakfest. Seriously, assume your IQ is in the low double digits or lower if you feel the need to go elsewhere. Since moving to Lake County in 2024 we have made it a mission to try as many local restaurants as possible. It was Saturday morning and we were up early and decided to expand our search a few towns over to Leesburg. The reviews and menu looked great here so we took a drive. The dining room is small but didn't feel cramped, when we arrived a few tables were checking out so we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Everything had been decorated for Christmas and it was a nice touch that they even themed their menu to bring the winter vibes full circle. My fiancé and I both ordered an OJ and for my meal I chose the Winter Warm Up Casserole with cheese grits for my side and he got a half order of the biscuits &gravy and a side order of pancakes. The casserole was everything I wanted it to be and more! I'm not a big bacon person, but the cherrywood thick cut bacon was so delicious. My mouth is watering thinking about this now! My cheese grits were thick and creamy and perfectly cheesy. The biscuits and gravy were so good! Loaded with sausage and love. The pancakes were ok for me, my fiancé devoured them. The syrup had a nice vanilla flavor to it. Service was prompt and the food was out quickly. They had a tree up similar to an angel tree where you can choose a child to buy Christmas gifts for. We took one, and if there are more left when we come back we will probably grab another. What a great little spot in downtown Leesburg. read more

This is a little gem on a side street in Leesburg, FL. It offers breakfast and lunch with a limited menu. I had a cheeseburger, wife has eggs and bacon. We also tried an item called a "sausage gravy bomb" which we both enjoyed. Everything tasted great. Our server was attentive and friendly. There is nothing fancy about this place except for the handheld device for order placement and payment. I always find it a little awkward when the server hands you the device, then can instantly see what kind of tip you are leaving. Prices are a little high. In town visiting for the weekend and stopped by to grab a nice breakfast. The team at Tiffany's was great! Inside decor is a little lack luster, but don't let that fool you. What is surprising little jam in Leesburg. Just opened in 2003. Outstanding breakfast. Cheese grits were first rate and high-quality. Peach biscuit was to die for. I hope they keep this as a permanent part on the menu. Didn't have much other than the eggs and Canadianbacon, but that was good as well and well prepared. Waite staff was extremely attentive. Great lil breakfast spot right in the heart of Leesburg. The owner Tiffany and her husband work the kitchen while one server runs the small floor. Just enough tables for her to handle, everything's fresh so be patient. Obviously with the name the color scheme matches, teal and black, with amazing small town seasonal art on the windows- done by the waitress (so much talent!) Miss Tiffany is know for serving da BOMB food, that's a sausage Bomb and her sweet pancakes. I personally enjoyed the sweetness of the pancake, I could have eaten 10 more, my mom did not but said they were still good. I tried the sausage bomb, great idea and looked ooo so good- had a sage taste which I personally do not like but it wasn't too strong so I finished it. I saw some other meals come out that looked great so next time I'm in Leesburg I'll stop back by to try them. They have a great selection on their menu and serving size is well portion. So far, so good, but haven't had anything yet but the "Chef's Signature Salad" (it's pretty much a typical Cobb salad... sorry, I nibbled a bit before I took the pic). Everything in the salad was very fresh and the portion was good. Chose the sweet greek dressing, which was good. Not sure if the croutons were made in house, but they were very tasty. Will come back soon and try breakfast. My friend had the breakfast casserole and said it was good. The restaurant is cute, very clean and crisp looking, mostly painted in grays, but could use a bit more color and decor to improve the ambiance. Service was very friendly.
