The floors are visibly still dirty- I can see the dust. Multiple cabinets were missed, and our in-law suite wasn't touched AT ALL despite me paying for the extra square footage. Whatever cleaning powder they used in the bathrooms was left dusted on and around all the faucets, where they clearly didn't wipe it away. It isn't worth asking them to come back and fix it because the work is so poor, I'm better suited to correct it myself. This was supposed to be a 4-5 hour clean. They "finished" in about 3, which we know because we had to run an errand during their cleaning and saw them leaving the house as we were driving back up the road. Maybe they assumed we would be gone for longer and wouldn't notice? They don't do refunds, so if you pay for bad work you'll be stuck in a cycle of them returning to "fix" it.

PREMIER KITCHEN & BATH I had a fire in my kitchen so I…read moredecided to do a whole kitchen remodel. In the world of contracting, there are 3 parameters that the contract will meet; Cost, Time and Quality. However, you can only have 2 of the 3 parameters in the contract. You can get cheap and fast...but it won't be good. You can get good and fast...but it won't be cheap. I elected for good and cheap...which meant it wasn't going to be fast. I could have opted for fast and cheap but then it wasn't going to be good. Premier fulfilled the promises and did a very professional job. It took a little longer than I anticipated but it was worth the time. The attention to detail and professional craftsmanship was evident throughout the process. The only hiccup was in the Design phase where I was not fully informed of what will be missing and what will be added. I went from a kitchen that contained 12 drawers and 1 microwave to one that now has only 5 drawers but 2 microwaves. This became evident AFTER the cabinets were installed. I need to mention that the Office manager (Mackenzie ) and Owner (Richard) went beyond the norm to insure my satisfaction and rectify the error. I highly recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling work but do advise you to read and approve the Design before you sign.

Fast forward to a little over a year later, I was having issues with my thermostat actually getting the system to keep the house at the set temperature. Mind you the service warranty had expired, they came out for free and determined I needed a new circuit board ($575) and came back today with the part to install it and charge me. It ended up being a low voltage issue under my house in another area instead of the board. Any company could've just fixed it and told me it was the board and still charged me. Since they already installed the board, they didn't charge me for it or the actual repair that was causing the issue. I HIGHLY recommend Honest air to anyone for their heating and air needs. This kind of service and honesty is hard to come by these days.

I really appreciated that he asked if he needed to take his boots off. Mel really gave my son and I the southern hospitality vibe which we adored. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and knew exactly how to fix the issues at hand. My son's shower had a leak due to the handle being loose and a cartridge having gone bad on the internal mechanism. My house is 20+ years old so slowly things are starting to go bad. Mel did not have the part needed on hand, but that wasn't an issue for him. He went to 3 different stores to find the part I needed and ensured that my son had a working shower the same day. (which is much appreciated since he is 13 years old) Also fixed was my garbage disposal, it was a quicker job, but not only did he make sure the disposal was properly installed; he made sure to clean up after himself as well! Mel provides customer service that you just don't receive anymore these days.
