Ghosting a potential or current customer is the most unprofessional thing a company can do, and shows their complete disregard for you by wasting your time. They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. Once awarded the contract, Chris met with us before digging and pouring the footings and again before building the foundation walls. Upon request, Chris went out of his way and contacted the Building Inspector to resolve an inspector's misunderstanding. My issue is the dishonesty of claiming they wanted to "inspect their work" to make a sale, then run away when we ask them to make good.
