My initial interactions with the owner of L&A Pro Painting, Samuel, were positive and productive…read more There were a number of projections including: interior painting of 2,200 sf house and 2-car garage, power wash and stain deck, remove and install wall mirrors, and other small electrical type jobs. The total of the projects was approximately ten thousand dollars. The quality of the work was good, but there were cleanup issues such as large sections of smeared paint left on the hardwood floors and dozens of nails left on garage floor and driveway. Samuel had these issues addressed efficiently when contacted about them. My ongoing issue, however, is that the staining on the new deck peeled. He did have someone do patching but the peeling continued. The work was done in November and December, and I notified him of the issue just before bad weather set in. Due to the low temperatures, however, it could not be further addressed at the time. When the weather broke I made numerous attempts to contact Samuel and sent photos of the deck, but he has refused to reply. I am therefore left with a very poor job and will have to hire someone else to redo the deck. I would not recommend this company due to the owner's refusal to be responsible for his work.

We…read moretalked back and forth a few times, discussed and confirmed the appointment, time, address, everything. The day of the appointment came and passed, no one bothered to come. They still have not even reached out to apologize or try to reschedule. Don't waste your time with these guys, this was a good sized project and if they can't be bothered to show up for an estimate they probably won't show up to actually paint either.

Called on a Saturday when I heard a part of my roof just peeling right off. I may be lucky, or he may just be that great. I was worried I would have an opening before the storms continued and thankfully, I did not.
