I came home to a work crew pressure washing my neighbors house while hooked up to my water. When I politely asked the gentleman for a work order to bill his company for the water I will have to pay for, he said "well we're done now, so not my problem." He then told me that I would need to contact his home office. He didn't apologize. read more

On rare occasion does a company exceed all expectations going into a repair job. BFPE and their team of professionals did an outstanding job. They showed up each day they promised, they worked a full day and kept their job site clean and the workmanship was great. I certainly would recommend this company to folks. Disappointing Experience…read more I would not recommend this plumbing company based on my experience. I was charged for a significant amount of labor, but the company did not provide a clear explanation of where the hours were spent. I also found the pricing on parts to be significantly higher than expected. Unfortunately, the workmanship was also inefficient, and they had to return to address issues that resulted from mistakes made during the original work. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cost, communication, and quality of service. I would encourage others to get a detailed estimate and compare pricing before hiring this company.

He told me that while some plumbers would come and sit with a heater blowing on pipes to see IF they would thaw and charge you hundreds of dollars, he wasn't going to do that. He also advised me on our water heater issue (pilot light wouldn't stay lit), and then we hired him to replace the old water heater with a tankless system. He's a no BS guy who knows what he's doing! Since I live in a condominium, my neighbor downstairs came upstairs and advised she had a leak coming through her ceiling. Immediately, I searched and searched and realized that the pressure tank on top of the water heater finally gave way, releasing over 40 -50 gallons of pressurized water everywhere. I was able to get a hold of a friend who had used Buddy Mintz plumbing before and swore by him, his crew and results. Once I shut down the water supply line and killed the breaker to the water heater, I made the call. Within an hour, Buddy Mintz came out, assessed the situation and replaced the pressurized tank within no time and with no issues. He did advise that the water heater, itself, was at the end of it's life and he strongly recommended a new one. I agreed and the very next day, a new water heater was installed with no issues, hiccups and up to standards. Buddy, himself, has a great attitude on life, is extremely professional, kind and courteous. This service had a personal touch to it and felt like he and his crew members, who assisted, were perfect for this job. They do not offer any type of water extraction methods but they will take care of your plumbing needs quick and with great results. Thank you again for an (almost) painless experience but if it weren't for y'all, I may have waited days and days with a competing business.
