My daughter just got married and bought her first home with her new husband…read more I could tell that she wasn't thrilled about it, because of the exterior appearance. We wanted her to be happy, so I started researching on how to get her house cleaner. Pressure washing was the answer! I found Aqua Pressure Power Washing on google, and made the call. I spoke to Charles directly (the owner.) and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone by my description of the house. The job was done within in the week. I was able to pay with a credit card, so payment was easy. When my daughter and son in law saw the home after it had been pressure washed, they were amazed. The look on my daughter face was so worth it. The house looked brand new. I would definitely reccomend Aqua Pressure. Very impressed with their professional service.

Disappointing Experience…read more I would not recommend this plumbing company based on my experience. I was charged for a significant amount of labor, but the company did not provide a clear explanation of where the hours were spent. I also found the pricing on parts to be significantly higher than expected. Unfortunately, the workmanship was also inefficient, and they had to return to address issues that resulted from mistakes made during the original work. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cost, communication, and quality of service. I would encourage others to get a detailed estimate and compare pricing before hiring this company.

I would not recommend this company. I have never done business with a company that requested…read morepayment ten minutes after the completion of the job. I told them I would put a check in mail in the morning. They requested to have the check placed in my mailbox for immediate pick up. They had also requested to have the check made out to an individual, not the company. I requested an invoice. I received an invoice without a breakdown of cost last the night of the work. It was very uncomfortable dealing with this company as they did not answer the telephone but sent text messages for all communication. Just seemed be very unprofessional for a reputable company.

I really wanted to like this cleaning company, especially because they present themselves well with…read morebrochures, business cards, appointment confirmations, and text reminders. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.
