They came and fixed a couple of leaks and charged $400...$400 dollars. The hot tub still leaks and I believe that it sat in their warehouse for several years before it was installed in my yard and perhaps got damaged while it sat. But $7,000 for a hot tub that leaked from the beginning is not right. They probably didn't know it was a leaker, but the guy who came repair some of the obvious leaks commented before he left that there were still leaks present. Not a nice experience with the hot tub I bought from them as I now need to refill it every other week and need someone to come and fixed the leaks I now still have.

As a disabled veteran, I am disgusted that I have to see this behavior in what used to be the United States.

I called him over the weekend and he scheduled me for Monday. He and his helper removed a boatload of lint and debris at both properties and did a nice job of cleaning up. They worked quickly and were very professional. It was not an easy task and required a ladder to get on the roof to find my vent. They did a great job and the price was reasonable and fair for the time required. I plan to have him come out once a year from now on. Finally, my dryer is getting good airflow so my clothes should dry much quicker! Thanks Joel!!
