They came and fixed a couple of leaks and charged $400...$400 dollars. The hot tub still leaks and I believe that it sat in their warehouse for several years before it was installed in my yard and perhaps got damaged while it sat. But $7,000 for a hot tub that leaked from the beginning is not right. They probably didn't know it was a leaker, but the guy who came repair some of the obvious leaks commented before he left that there were still leaks present. Not a nice experience with the hot tub I bought from them as I now need to refill it every other week and need someone to come and fixed the leaks I now still have.

They worked quickly and were very professional. It was not an easy task and required a ladder to get on the roof to find my vent. I ordered multiple brick veneer samples, which came wrapped in bubble wrap inside boxes via USPS. There was minimal to moderate breakage, depending on the box, but enough bricks were intact to assess the color and characteristics of the brick. I wanted to place an order for a custom color mix. I called the phone number on the website and found myself speaking directly with Laszlo, the owner. He patiently answered all of my questions and suggested I text him a photo of my favorite samples to ensure he understood what I wanted. He provided guidance on how to submit the custom order online. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text a day or two later with a photo of my order and its various colors. I appreciated the extra step Laszlo took to ensure the mix was what I had in mind. When the brick arrived, it was clear there had been a mix-up with the order. Additionally, I would estimate about 25% breakage in freight from Florida to Maine. (The brick was stacked on a pallet with sides wrapped in heavy plastic.) Laszlo was immediately available to discuss concerns and next steps. Within one week, the correct order arrived, with minimal breakage. While the process was not without hiccups, I am entirely satisfied with the quality and end result. Laszlo and I exchanged ~25 text messages and 3-4 phone calls. Although my order was not very large, he was consistently professional, responsive, helpful, and concerned about my satisfaction. I was particularly impressed with the extra steps he took to ensure we had a mutual understanding of my color preferences, and his timely response to an order mistake. I would order from Morton Stones again without any hesitation.
