They are without a doubt, the most unprofessional business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. It took months for them to begin the work after receiving 50% down. It has been almost 2 years since Mr. Lopez promised to come back and repair the leaky ceiling, which began 3 days after they "finished" the project. He has yet to appear and stopped responding to all communications. I am so disappointed with him, because he led me to believe he was an honorable person and a man of his word; which turned out to be not true. Because of all the rain we have been getting the past few months, I have to try and use a very long handle pole with a painter roll, to try and rake the water towards the gutter/downspout because the roof is not pitched at all, so the water never makes it to the gutter. The pergola is sagging in the middle because of the weight of the water. This company should definitely be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I have to say also, please be mindful of the name of this company because it appears there's a different company with a similar name, which is the company I initially contacted but I somehow got redirected to Mr. Lopez company. This is not a reputable company and should definitely be avoided.
