We agreed and after 5 years of paying, when our agreement was fullfilled, we canceled the service because we hated their service. At that time Ironclad became nasty and wanted to come to our house and remove the equipment which would leave holes thoughout our home. Long story short, we went to court. The court ruled in our favor that we fulfilled our signed agreement and Ironclad had no claim to the equipment. Research a company before using with the Office of Consumer Fraud and Protection and the Business Bureau. I wish we had. Would've saved us a lot of bullying and aggravation that we were subjected to.
