I, waited and Officer Salazar responded to the lobby a short time later. The officer was professional, took a crime report for my vandalized car, gave me my report number and told me what to expect in terms of the investigation. To be completely honest these officers do a good job. I've seen them stop wreckles drivers, local kids tagging up the streets. They are genuinely concerned for the community. Too bad the majority of CA keeps voting in propositions such as Prop 57, 47 and AB 109. Many Crimes that were felonies have been reduced to misdemeanors and when you get your property stolen (theft) or property vandalized and the suspects get arrested the courts give them a slap on the hand and tell them don't do it again. Instead of kids running around and families enjoying the space, the park now feels overshadowed by constant police presence. Officers seem more eager to hand out tickets for minor leash violations than to foster a family-friendly atmosphere. A simple reminder or warning would go a long way, but instead, the approach feels punitive. It says a lot when local park-goers whisper warnings to newcomers to leash their dogs immediately, not because of safety concerns, but out of fear of getting fined. This change is disappointing and unnecessary -- it feels like the heart of the park has been taken away.

Then once we scheduled our date for our fire sprinkler inspection and fire extinguisher installations this amazing technician named Jessie Medina came by and was beyond amazing. Not only did he communicate very well before the appointment, but he also was early for the appointment and had such a pleasant demeanor and wonderful smile. He was very patient and walked us through the entire 14 unit inspection. He took his time and he brought booties for his shoes to keep all the interiors of the home clean. He has been doing this for eight years so he's very experienced and was very knowledgeable and the prices were amazing! What I also really loved is he spent some time with us to plan where we were gonna install the fire extinguishers on the exterior of the building and he was so helpful. They don't want to help you…read more Recently, they showed up at my house without telling me first, said my meter was broken, and then didn't say a word about when they'd be back to fix it (I asked them to let me know). I had to find out on my own that they had come and serviced the meter, which involved getting air in the lines. When I called to ask if someone had been there, to try and figure out what is going on with my gass, they refused to tell me anything and wouldn't even admit that they'd sent anyone until today, when I called back to complain. They didn't send a technician to fix the issue, just someone to "look" into it because they are completely not to blame for the last guy screwing up the job. Also don't forget it's their property so to heck with their customers and how it negatively impacts their home without them knowing. Today, I called again to check when they'd sent the bad technitian and to let them know how frustrating this has been. The woman I spoke to didn't want to listen. She talked over me, threw out scripted policy excuses, and wouldn't even bother to note that this whole process has been stressful and disruptive. All I wanted was for her to recognize that sending someone without telling me first is unacceptable and causes a lot of unnecessary trouble. But she refused to acknowledge any of it or take any note. It's pretty clear they don't really care about their customers, they just want to hide behind policy and ignore the mess they cause.

Call center appears to be in a foreign country with people speaking Spanish in the back ground. finally got the service to start service, but they could not even send a confirmation email of the service date. It turn out after another 20 minutes call the date is incorrect. even with the second call, no email confirmation of the date. Worse yet, no one showed up on the service date, No notification, no explanation. This is the most frustrating experience ever with a utility company. God forbid there is an actual gas leak emergency!
