I've been here a couple times for work, the service and food have been great. However today the service sucked and we were about to leave after waiting 20 mins and not even being greeted for drink orders. This guy in a purple tie dye shirt walked past us multiple times and serving another table that came in well after us. tye dye then told another guy (Gio) to wait on a table who sat 10 mins after us. The customer was the one to tell Gio we had been there longer and still waiting. Gio took care of us and was amazing. Food is good but being the only table of color and being ignored has me not wanting to ever come back. Hope Gio got to keep the entire tip. read more

Wow. What a let down. I've had numerous meals from Fire Artisan Pizza at their different locations- all of witch have been good up until today. Service- that's why I'm at a restaurant. It took many minutes to get water. It took 15 minutes to get me salad- that should come promptly- especially when the restaurant is nearly empty other than a few tables. Pizza... folks who sat down much later than I did got their pizzas before me. What? Yes that happened. My done salad plate? Never removed. What about the check? I had to ask for it twice. Food: I expect my pizza to taste pretty similar each time you visit a restaurant when you order a pizza. My Parma pizza half had one, I repeat one piece of blue cheese. That's what makes the pizza so good. What about the truffle drizzle? Ehh- it was either missing or the lightest drizzle ever. Oh and the cheese- I ordered a pizza, the cheese to crust ratio should be pretty equal, especially when it's think crust. Well today's pizza has 3/4th cheese and 1/4th crust. The raspberry vinaigrette, candied pecans, and Gorgonzola cheese combined to make a perfect start to our meal. We almost licked the bowl! The pizza was covered with chicken, smoky bacon, and Chipotle barbecue sauce. I really liked the flavor of the bacon plus they drizzled on just the right amount of sauce. Although we both loved this pizza, I particularly liked the crust. Just the right amount of chew! Our server was friendly and attentive. Great pizza on the lunch special. My husband never finishes the pizza crust but today he did plus asked for mineMy husband had chicken enchilada soup with his and I had French onion. He said his was excellent but mine was weak... the broth was good but there was hardly any onions and a very small bit of cheese on the croutons. When I say small it was like a tablespoon. Excellent service crew! Very busy Friday evening, and we were delighted with this establishment! There was a wait of 30 minutes but it passed quickly. Party of 6 including a toddler... they have Mac n Cheese! Kid temp and ready to eat- who thinks of that these days?? This is worlds best example of the designer not understanding the dynamics of acoustics. There are none. One loud table and absolutely zero sound deadening meant no one in the place could hear anything. If you like to have casual conversation with your dinner mates this is not the place for you. Food is just so-so....not worthy of putting up with the horrific noise. Blandest Margherita pizza, I mean, one little strip of basil per slice? Come on, do better. Craving pizza so I found myself headed here. We started with the tomato basil mozzarella salad which was really good, however it would have been better if the tomatoes were softer. I got the chicken, bbq pizza with extra cilantro and also had a few slices of the Thai. I was impressed with the pizza! Crust on the outside was perfectly cooked but a little bit softer in the middle... good for a fold!! The Thai had a kick, but was also flavorful! Pizzas were a little bigger than individual sized but I ended up eating all of it... price for a pizza was about 13 to 17 dollars. There are a few other pizza places in town like this like mighty Mo or McKinsey River, but I was happy with the pizza and I'll come back! read more

It provides quality, service, atmosphere and fresh ingredients, all things that are tough to find in most of the restaurants around here. The modern and clean atmosphere that you find in this downtown location is a breath of fresh air to hip people. Well the food isn't dirt cheap it's more than affordably-priced. And whether you're ordering a salad, pizza or here to drink beer you're going to be impressed. We were thoroughly impressed with their salad. The Spinach and Gorgonzola Salad comes with fresh greens and what tastes like homemade dressing. As for the pizzas, I would say each one can feed two people. We ordered two different pizzas, the Camino and the Meat. Both tasted great and the ingredients tasted like they were hand-cut on-site. What more could you ask for in Great Falls? Honestly, I was a fan of this place last year. But I feel ever since the new management came in the place has been slowly going downhill when it comes to quality. Their artichoke dip used to be one of our favorite dishes here. Now it just tastes like a bunch of cream cheese with a few pieces of spinach and artichoke in it. Same with the pizza. Used to be unique in a good way, now the sauce on it is extremely runny and clear as if it's literally watered down. It also was extremely burnt the last two times as if they are just turning up the oven to get more product out faster. It's clear that the management is working more towards saving and not improving, because the quality has declined to an extremely low level. I don't blame the waitresses, because they were apologetic and clearly overwhelmed. Management needs to hire additional staff. The Brie with honey and almonds on the market sampler was extremely good. The pizzas were perfect- had the Garden State and Meat pizzas. The service was good attentive without being annoying. Well, if we are talking about just food, this place definitely is a 4-4.5 Star. But the problem didn't lie with the food. We arrived and knew they were busy (not lines out of the door, but most tables were full) so we put our names down for a table when it opened and sat at the bar. And that's when it started. We waited for 15 mins at the bar before someone asked us what we wanted to drink. We finally got a drink and a table opened up so they moved us over there. Once seated at the table, we were almost forgotten about. We waited for 40 minutes before we finally asked about our food and requested more drinks since we were never offered any. Once we got our drinks, we sat and sat and sat and asked 4 times about our food. And another 45 minutes later, my husband and our friend's pizza came. And we were so hungry that i told them to just eat without me. 15 minutes later we asked for mine in a to-go box. And after 2.5 hours there, we finally left and i ate my pizza in the car on the way home. Our waiter was very polite and apologetic and they comped us our food since it did take a ridiculous amount of time. I'm not one who is offended by 45 minute wait times when places are busy but 2.5 is a little bit excessive. The food was good and the staff was polite. But the wait time was just crazy! Had to give this place one star, the food was good. But it was the service that ruined it. They only had two waitresses and no hostess. so people were just walking in confused and standing around. Next we ordered our meal, my wife received her pizza maybe 25 min later. But either mine was delivered to a wrong table or not even made at all. So spent another 20-30 min just sitting and watching my wife eat. Furthermore our waitress didn't stop by at all to see if we needed more drinks or anything. I had to physically flag her down to get her to stop by. Then finally we asked for our bill and two to go boxes and I ended up sitting another 30 min just for my bill and card to be picked up to pay. Again the food was good but I personally won't go back for the lack of service. read more
