And then they take care of all bug problems you have like around the exterior as well as the earwigs and any other household pests you encounter included. We have a follow up in 2 weeks. They send you a prep sheet of how to make your house ready for your service. We put our pets in another room for a hour. There was no smell or residue. Our person was professional and explained the whole process.
