After meeting him in person for coffee, we knew he was going to be our wedding photographer. He was super friendly and had a very chill vibe! We thought that posing for an engagement photoshoot would be awkward, but he made it fun! For the actual wedding, Costas took over 1,200+ pictures for us, and they turned out gorgeous!! We were super lucky to have Costas as our photographer for one of the most special day of our lives. He was also really punctual (which is SO IMPORTANT!!!) and honestly, I didn't have to worry about a thing during the wedding. He took all the important pictures & seriously was so hard working the whole time!!! I can't thank him enough!! And everything was priced as promised from the beginning without any hidden fees or upcharges. Very affordable compared to some other photographers I looked at. Most of all, the pictures he took were beautiful & completely my style (the angles, colors, lighting, editing). After reviewing different photographers online, my now husband and I decided to meet with Lisa & Sandra of C. Baron Photography. We met in a local Starbucks. They brought samples of prints and wedding albums. We were blown away. Right then and there, a year out from our wedding, we signed the contract to work with them. It was one of the easiest and best decisions we made in regards to our wedding! Lisa and Sandra's communication is outstanding. They respond to emails usually in less than 12 hours. They're easy to reach by phone if you need to. They are super flexible, willing to work with you, and truly want you to be happy. Engagement Pictures: For one reason after another, we waited until about five weeks before our actual wedding to have our engagement pictures taken. We decided to have them in Galveston since it's where we got engaged & where our wedding would be. Lisa & Sandra had no problem with this. When the day came, unfortunately, it was about 40, cloudy, and windy. However, Lisa and Sandra still made it an enjoyable experience. We felt at ease in what could potentially be an awkward situation. (Having someone take pictures and telling you to pose in intimate ways can be awkward if you've never done it before!) The images that they captured are amazing! You would never know that I couldn't feel my feet by the end (I wore dresses in both pictures). The Wedding Day: We had figured out a time line with C. Baron before the wedding. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to, exactly where they were supposed to, and they even brought me the sweetest goody bag! Using them for our wedding day took away a large amount of my stress because I did not have to worry about getting my pictures back and hating them. And I was right! Other than the standard family posing pictures, I never even knew they were taking pictures. I have been incredibly disappointed with Seem photography in regards to my wedding experience with them. I picked Seem because they did an amazing vibrant job on my glitter photos. When I booked them for my wedding and received my bridals they all had a vintage sepia muted tone. (Picture included) while I loved the actual photos, I was not pleased with the edits so asked if they could brighten them, considering I wanted them bright and they were taken outside. They claimed "that was their style" and that a different photographer does weddings so the tone would be different. I accepted that and was hopeful the wedding photos would not be as muted in color tone. It took 10 full weeks for me to receive my photos, and not until the 10th week mark was I told that 20-22 of my photos were corrupted, I felt they were putting mine off because they didn't want to tell me what happened. They tried to placate the situation by giving me a free large print on card stock valued at "400.00" (it sure doesn't look like it's worth 400 dollars). To me that was not acceptable, a 400 refund or offer to take a small studio session of me and my two best friends and family since those were the corrupted files would have been a much better way to make up for the corrupted files. When I told them I was disappointed they got incredibly short with me and simply asked for my address to email the usb. I do like about half of my wedding photos, with that said I was hopeful that I would be pleased with many more than just half. I also feel that they have gotten very greedy. I have to use their very expensive printing service if I want to print any of my wedding photos bigger than 8x10 because they compress the images and make it so you have to use their service so they can continue to make a profit. This is the only reason the print was valued at 400.00. (Price gouge) They take wonderful portraits, baby photos and family photos, with that said I wish I had done more research on their wedding photos. I will say I was incredibly pleased with the male assistant photographer they used. He did a great job. While Sarah was kind, I am still upset about how the situation was handled with the editing as well as the corrupted files not being told to me until the last minute. I am not bashing this company, I am simply sharing my experience and feelings and want to make sure others know which photographer and style they are signing up for. Had I known the style would be completely different from my glitter photo shoot I would have strongly considered a different company.

Sally was great about working with me to customize a package for my wedding day because I had a crazy long wedding! After the wedding everyone kept asking me who my photographer was and telling me how much they loved her. The guests loved that she would interact with them to get amazing shots. There were no shots missed and I had a range of classic wedding photos, fun shots, and sexy romantic looks too. Every single guest had a photo taken and no one was missed. I have known Ben Sassani for years and have admired his work. I always said when I get married, I want this guy to shoot my wedding. The pictures turned out amazing, and he set up a very easy to use website where we were able to order high quality prints. These pictures were featured at our wedding in large format. We got lots of compliments for the images! Even though you know the photographer and his work, on your wedding day you are still nervous that the images will turn out great. Fast forward about a month and a half later and I receive the images in a custom wood box. Once, reviewing the images, we were in love. He was able to capture all of the emotions of the night in still images. Ben, is not for everyone. If you want the cheesy, posed shots, this is not your guy. His style is more photo journalistic, and will get his angles. You just have to trust him and his work. The final product will speak for itself.
