I'll start with the food: I almost ALWAYS go for the chefs special. More specifically - the fish special. I've had trout, artic char, sea bass and salmon. EVERY SINGLE TIME they have been cooked to perfection and the fish melts in your mouth. My husband loves the prime rib and gets it whenever it's being offered. Other favorites are the crab cakes, (they are a decent size and you get two) baked Brie, and the escargot . They also give you unlimited fresh baked bread! Service is always impeccable as well. The owner Lynn treats you like a friend and remembers us every time we visit. We often get Tarek and he's been at the mill for over 20 years - so he's very knowledgeable on the menu and gives wonderful recommendations and wine pairings. Everyone got something different (which is a bonus as far as I'm concerned). And the people in our party seemed to be happy with the food.
