My husband and I stopped by Griffin's for a snack. Overall, I thought it was ok, but I felt that the meal was just a sum of its parts. We got a cold wrap with a side salad. Perhaps I would have felt differently had we got a hot meal like a burger and fries.
We got the Crisp Apple Chicken Wrap with a garden salad $14.95. The wrap was real chicken breast meat, lettuce, onions, Granny Smith apples and broccoli. The broccoli was blanched, which I appreciated as I don't like raw broccoli. Ingredients were fresh and it tasted ok, but like I said, the sum of its parts. I felt like I could have assembled the same wrap at home. The salad was mixed greens (yay, no iceberg lettuce), green peppers, carrots and tomatoes. I got Italian dressing and it was packages of Kraft dressing. Their default dressing is a poppy seed dressing, which I can't eat, so not sure if the poppy seed dressing is made in-house or is also from Kraft.
Service was very friendly and efficient. The place is super cute and is in a converted old house.
I would be agreeable to return to try their hot meals.
