I was so impressed with the staff and the quality of the selection. We came in on a busy Saturday but were quickly attended to by a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate. She listened to my husband, picked out two choices - both were perfect - he bought exactly what he needed. While he was shopping, another saleswoman took time with me - I tried on probably 10 pairs of shoes - "just for fun." It was great - she brought out styles I would never usually try and really enjoyed getting some new ideas. There was no extra pressure, no sales gimmicks - just quality products. No one cared that I was "just looking." The owner came and introduced himself - made us feel welcome. We went into the Salem NH store to purchase socks we needed for a dedication High School volleyball game. Needing 16 pairs of socks we were having trouble finding them. The manager at the Salem NH store quickly got on the phone and arranged for all the socks to be held or delivered from other surrounding stores. All the way down to Danvers Ma. This manger drove her stock up to Methuen Ma. where we picked up all the remaining pairs we needed. All three Managers went above and beyond to ensure we had the 16 pairs of socks we needed. After waiting and expecting the items to arrive, I was informed that the order never even made it to the warehouse for fulfillment. How does an order get accepted, payment processed, and then somehow never reach the warehouse? This is a basic failure of order management and customer service. The most frustrating part isn't even the delay--it's the lack of communication. I had to find out after the fact that the order was essentially lost within their system. If I hadn't followed up, who knows how long I would have been waiting. A company that charges premium prices should have reliable fulfillment processes and proactive communication when something goes wrong. Missing a Father's Day gift because an order never made it to the warehouse is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I can trust Duluth Trading Company with future orders.

From the moment I stepped foot in Delia's the employees were very friendly. Usually I hate when store employees ask me questions, but the girls who work at Delia's are very genuine and they are very interested in helping me find clothes that fit me well. One girl in particular, Nik helped me pick out jeans. I absolutely loved them! She was such a big help and now I wear those jeans almost everyday. I will definitely shop there more often!

Here is my story, I worked here basically all summer, did everything for my boss with only one day of training.... she said she'd give us extra money if we picked up packages and dropped them off. I picked up and dropped off so many packages to try and be a good employee, never got any extra money like I was told. Along with that , she was doing a September Sales incentive where if you earned over $120 per sale , you'd get $10 Style Snoop Bucks. I made over $200 in sales, I made the most out of everyone working there and was super proud of my hard work and dedication to the store. After the month was over, I had 2 weeks left of work until my big move to LA. Unfortunately I got sick a couple days before my last day and had to call in sick. My boss was really upset and didn't believe that I was sick, told everyone I quit, (not true), told me to never come back , told me I didn't care about her store, told me I wasn't a good employee and never gave me my incentive. Never gave a young college student the money she earned , that is pretty terrible and selfish for an adult women to do. Basically punished me, all because I called out sick and it was such an inconvenience for her. Threw all my hard work out the window. All I can say is how can someone be so selfish. I felt like I could never go to her for questions or say any creative ideas I had because the way she'd speak to me, I felt like I could never do anything right and nothing ever satisfied her. I tried so hard to make everyone happy and do everything right and still no appreciation was ever shown. I truly would not recommend working here.
