The store associate didn't greet us but no big deal. I asked my mom what kind of sneakers she wanted and my mom told me she wanted wide ones. We were taken aback but my mom was still trying to explain to her what she meant and she just shrugged her shoulders and responded with "K." We promptly turned on our heels and left. It is unlikely we will bother entering Foot Locker again. We walked a few stores down to JC Pennys and were treated to friendly staff and also found two great pairs of sneakers. Darren went above and beyond helping me with a replacement item my sister gifted me. His dedication and kindness made the process seamless, and I can't thank him enough. Kaitlyn was incredibly helpful--not only with the purchase but also with thoughtful tips on how to wear them comfortably. Her enthusiasm and knowledge made the experience even better. As fellow local business owners, we deeply value supporting other local gems, and Backwater Provisions is one of the best. There's something special about being helped by people who genuinely care and know their community. Thank you, Darren and Kaitlyn--I'm forever grateful! Rina

Thanks to her, I walked out a happy customer able to breathe a sigh of relief that I got what I needed! In general, I've come to find a lot of clothing to be of higher quality and variety than elsewhere in the mall.
