Tried speaking with the owner several times and was given the run around and each time, saying that UPS was going to send the claim payment directly to me, when he knew UPS was going to send it to him. After confirming with UPS that a week prior they had already sent the seller the payment, I reached out to the owner and this time he hung up when I confronted him. I have been calling the store since and either no one answers or when they do and they transfer me to the owner and he hangs up, or the employee tells me that the owner is not in and he can't don't anything until the owner gets back. i have never seen a company blatantly steal from a customer like this company has. We paid at the machine and the line of cars leaving.. we have been waiting over 30 mins with no relief in site. Walked in and was greeted with "Do you have your receipt, "like the piece of paper? "I said NO, but I have my credit card receipt right here on my phone app. " They said they could not accept this? At the same time, I was assured they did not have the size I needed. I asked if I could get a store credit, and they said no. My reward for shopping local here was 2 visits, zero new clothing, and I am out $65. I'm not sure it could be any clearer that I bought these shorts here. They were the wrong length that I ordered and Jelani told me that I can get them altered with his tailor at a different location. I took the jeans and left. After a few days, I brought them back and returned them because I didn't want to have jeans altered after paying about $250 for them. About 30 minutes after I left the store I received a call from Jelani and the voicemail message is attached. Very odd call and disappointing since I've shopped there for several years.
