After my car had been sitting in another collision center for two and a half weeks (and tons of back and forth), I had it taken to Creative Visions based off a recommendation made by my brother who is a mechanic. The other collision center did not want to work on my car. I called Creative Visions to inform them of my situation and they said they'd take a look at it. Creative Visions provided a quote to the insurance the same day it was towed to them, and they began the repairs the following day. They finished the repairs within four days! They did a great job on the repair and it looks as good as new. They were very communicative and honest about everything. They were in contact with the insurance directly, rather than having me be the middle person. Freddie, the owner, and Tanja, the office manager, were truly a pleasure to work with. They have great customer service skills and made an extremely frustrating and stressful experience much easier. I was reluctant to take it to a body shop, but Greg was glad to take a look at it. Over the course of 10 minutes, he made a couple of adjustments to my door latch. That's not the amazing thing. He wouldn't take payment, and even made some suggestions on what I could do next--both suggestions for DIY work I could do, and recommendations for shops if I wanted to get paint work done. If he's willing to do that for someone off the street, I can imagine the integrity he'd bring to major repairs and insurance jobs.

Fred Loya is terrible to work with but Art's is used to their games. Art's Auto Body is the only bright spot I've had dealing with my broken car for the last month.
