Since I came in the morning, there weren't a ton of other people, just me and Joyce. I was able to talk with her a bit about what I wanted and showed her some reference pics. It helped a lot that she went over the style of the lashes and before she even got started, she let me see the length of her mapping to ensure that was the length id be comfortable with. Some lash techs don't go that extra length to show you the details, so I really appreciated her confirming with me before we got started. During the appointment, her hands were very gentle and I was able to relax fully. Usually I have a hard time feeling relaxed and my eyes flutter and soak easily due to nervousness. I didn't notice that as much during our appt at all. Appt did take about 1.5hr but she takes her time and ensures the end result is what you want. Very grateful to have stumbled upon Joyce and Koi!
