So when a large window blind in our home began to malfunction, I was happy to see Dillabaugh's listed as a distributor for that brand. I stopped into Dillabaugh's, and explained what I needed. I was given the card of one of their Window Covering Specialists: Aaron Tabor. That evening I emailed Aaron explaining my blinds issue. I heard back from him almost immediately. We were able to set up an appointment for him to come out to my house and take a look at the troublesome blind within two days. Aaron came out this afternoon. He could not have been more professional and friendly! He took down the blind, opened it up, and patiently explained to and showed me what structures inside the blind mechanism had failed. He then gave me a couple of options of addressing the issue, one of which we were able to do then and there. The blind now works great! While he was here, I asked him about one other window covering issue I had. He took a look, and told how it was likely that I could correct this myself. He gave me great instructions on how to access that blind's mechanism to do so. In short, Aaron Tabor represented exactly the kind of repair specialist you'd hope to have when needed. I called them and they sent Lou out and he fixed the floor with a smile and such respect for my house and me. After having such a positive experience with my kitchen remodel, I purchased carpet from them to replace the 15 year-old white stuff we had in the house. During the same visit, Lou stretched and re-glued my carpeting down. Lou used care and was so clean in his repairs - again respect for my home and me. Wonderful customer service!
