Both ladies were knowledgeable and kind. They were attentive but not at all high pressure salespeople. We went to Great Floors later in the day to continue our research. Our experience there could not have been more different. The salesman was dismissive and rude. He then left us to look at the displays and never checked on us again. Great Floors had a larger selection, but most of displays lacked pricing information and no person there to answer our questions. We were the only people in the store. We haven't bought yet, but we ARE going back to IFS and working with Jennifer and Katie.

He explained what our options were and what we could expect during the remodel. The front-end staff Katy and Jenn were very helpful. They answered our phone call and kept us informed about time lines. Anthony and his crew were top-notched. Their installation was EXCELLENT. They were respectful of our house. They showed up when they were supposed to, cleaned up after themselves and helped us to store the extra pieces. As in all large projects they was a glitch. Robbie and his team recognized the problem and made it right. This is all you can ask for. I will probably never have to replace my flooring again. If I did, or if you need new flooring, you could do better than Idaho Flooring Supply.

The floors look great when the sun isn't shining but show how uneven the finish is when bright out. I clean them and as soon as my dog walks on them you can see the oil from his paws. My stairs look beautiful but one is already squeaky and they rarely used. This was a big expense for me and I'm sick out how poorly my floors look.

"Unrivaled Old World Craftsmanship and Professionalism"…read more From the second Jon showed up "on time" and stepped foot into our home the family was at ease. Jon gave us an estimate to install and refinish our water damaged (Sink Flood) floors that was extremely competitive with many of is top competitors. Jon explained the process so well, our 3 and 6 year olds understood what would happen and when. Jon, provided several samples of colors on our floor (making sure to appease my OCD) so we could decide on the color for our home. Once our color was selected and the date was set and the new wood was delivered Jon's professionalism shined from phone calls to verify dates were still good, to making sure the wood was stored properly for acclimation. When Jon sanded our floors with his dustless system I was sure I would find dust in our home but there was none. The floors are as smooth as a babies butt and the finish is spectacular. We love to show off our floors to Friends and Family!

I typically like to read reviews and almost didn't contact this company because of the one star review on Yelp. But since it was over 6 years ago, I decided to reach out for an estimate anyways. A lot of other flooring companies I contacted either gave a very high quote, or didn't install carpets. Leigh contacted me and asked for the details that we knew, and based on the information I provided her, she gave me a rough estimate. After the sale went through, I contacted them again to see what type of carpet they offered and I was put in contact with Shawn. At the time we were living out of state, and did a FaceTime, but it was hard to see the true colors and feel of the carpets. Shawn and the other ladies at the shop decided that it would be best to send me some samples. That was super helpful! As we have young children they sent us options that would cover up spills and messes. I thought that was very thoughtful of the staff, and appreciated that. The samples came within 3 business days and I got to choose which one I liked the most. We were on a bit of a time crunch as we needed to do some remodeling inside the house and they were able to work with us and squeeze us in right on schedule! Overall A++ experience from start to finish
