I came in the next day to pick it up after it was finally ready. I brought it home in the garment bag and noticed it had ink stains all over it. She didn't bother to tell me that she stained it, nor that she tried to get it out and left a water stain as well. Horrible service. Accidents happen but not informing a customer is inappropriate and poor business.

I had a body that is a bit big for Medium Chef Coat and too small for a Large Chef Coat, which I just found out, je je je, going to the gym will definitely fix this issue, but I cannot wait six months, I needed the chef coats to be tailored to my current body type, I had a meeting in 12 hours, and Misha took care of my needs, by fixing one in an hour and the other four by the next day. He was told that taking the dress in would address both. When we picked it up, the straps were even looser - easily falling off the shoulder - and the fit was asymmetrical. We called and were told to bring her back to correct it, which we did. At pickup, we were hit with an unexpected $85 extra charge and told we "never requested" the straps be adjusted. Over $300 later, the dress still doesn't fit properly. We left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and pressured. Dads/parents: if you're not a tailoring expert, be extra cautious here. Customers Beware! Pride Cleaners ruined a very nice dress shirt by over treating it, even though no…read moretreatment was requested. One of their cleaners was very overzealous in treating the shirt and caused damage that is not fixable. My issue is that the shirt was damaged when there was no reason to treat it. The reason for the one star review is the nonsense excuses by the manager when I brought this to their attention. Bonnie, The manager, claim the shirt was not treated, even though the shirt had a tag that says special attention. Her response was that they don't treat all 10,000 shirts they receive each day, which is fairly obvious and not relevant to this issue. She then claimed the shirt was six years old, but if you look at the records it had only been cleaned a handful of times over the last couple of years. The shirt was only worn for special occasions and not worn often. There is virtually no wear on the rest of the shirt. Complaint what the BBB is being filed as well. We will let a neutral party decide. I understand that things happen and mistakes are made. The aggravating circumstance is the nonsense response received from this company. It's frankly ridiculous. I don't want anything for free, but an apology would've gone pretty far. Cockamamie snarky answers are what I received. It's unfortunate as I have been a long time customer, but no more.

As a plus size bride, I did not want to make an already vulnerable experience harder with a difficult experience before my wedding. And the hard part: I wanted them to be local. I feel incredibly blessed that I found Courtney, and that she took me in. She was INCREDIBLE. So sweet, incredibly talented and knowledgeable... not to mention very sensitive. She talked to me, asked me questions about my big day, and made me feel right at home... and EXCITED. I can't thank her enough. Plus, her little studio here in Chico is the best. A great interpersonal experience where you feel like the most important thing. She took my dress in a whole size, altered my sleeves, and added a bustle to my dress (with custom instructions for my friend). I recommend Courtney to anyone and everyone.
