Quality Painting showed up each day at 7am and worked hard (during a heat wave) and cleaned up daily before leaving. The team was efficient, very professional and did excellent work. We ordered new shutters for our house which didn't arrive until after the job was completed, but Mike came back within days to hang them for us. A couple of our neighbors commented on how hard they worked and the quality of the work and have already reached out for an estimate to paint their houses. Mike is an easy going guy to work with.

During the process he was friendly and professional, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly quick to respond. The paint and trim repair looks great too, with a lot of attention to detail. If we ever need paint work done in the future we will certainty try to work with Mike again, and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

This lead to my hiring him to paint a really tricky damp carport interior at the beach. The wallboard was mildewed and Josh helped recommend the right products to clean and kill the mold, keep the stains from reappearing, and protect the walls from further moisture problems. Josh quoted me a fair price and completed the work very quickly. I'm very satisfied with the results and will likely use him again for future painting projects.

I have had a couple people in to quote the job, 1 said we only needed to put wood filler in the cracks of my railing posts....ummm, I'm no expert but pretty sure that won't fix the safety aspect. Anyway, Jerry said he couldn't do the job right now because he has too many pending projects, but he still swung by to look at the railings & stairs to confirm my suspicions that they need to be replaced in order to be safe for my family. He took time out of his day for a non-paying client and gave honest assessment of the work needed to be done. While I really want to fix the unsafe railings, part of me hopes I can't find someone else until he is available for the job!

A larger drywall company recommended us to Vinny in our search for some help with our basement…read moreproject. We had mounted our own drywall during a finished basement rebuild, but we wanted a professional to tape/mud and sand. Vinny was polite, professional and did a wonderful job. The job took several visits as our basement is quite cool and it took some time for the mud to dry. He was very accommodating, prioritizing around our stairs first so our carpenter could finish some work. He kept a very clean job site- we barely had any dust make its way upstairs, which we were very happy about. His prices were also very reasonable and he was spot on with his arrival/departure times. Overall we are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. We will certainly be calling him for future drywall work!

He scheduled a time and personally came out with a team within a few days to do an initial assessment, and the carpenter, Horacio, came back the next morning to remove the siding and get an idea of the full damage. Unfortunately it turned out to be much worse than we expected due to Improperly installed windows, however Marc and Horacio were able to provide a quick and reasonable estimate, and start work a few days later. Even though we were on vacation at the time, we received text updates with photos, and the house looked good as new by the time we got back. I would highly recommend LIME, and will not hesitate to use them in the future!

ALL DONE SAME DAY -- assessing the issue, removing the faulty tile, cutting and installing a replacement, and regrouting. Dynamic Home Renovations has its own employees, rather than relying solely on subcontractors, so when an issue comes up, they can actually send someone out without a major hassle -- even long after the project is finished. That kind of follow-through and customer service is HUGE. This wasn't something I considered asking contractors about before hiring them, but I definitely will going forward. Dynamic was the Subcontractor hired by my GC, I never had a contract with him, but he still honored his guarantee. I also reached out to the original GC. He scheduled a day to come over and although he said he was going to fix it that day, all he did was "assess the problem" -- I'm still waiting to hear back from the GC. THANK YOU CLEIBSTER, and thank you Luis! I will add the updated photos once my grout dries, but wanted to update my review ASAP since I was pretty UPSET about having a tile I needed to figure out how to replace. GENERAL ADVICE: If you have tile installed, always save at least a partial box of the leftover tile! Our tile was discontinued by Floor & Decor. So happy I had enough for the fix.

Upon said completion of the job there are several obvious issues including some damage to a new driveway, siding that was poorly cut and not completely attached to the house, and weather stripping that was deemed to be reusable which meant carelessly pried off and cut to a size that no longer fits properly. I contacted Steve with my concerns and he was adamant about having completed the job properly but he soon followed up stating that there were some issues. After agreeing to fix the problems Steve then wanted me to drive to Home Depot to pick up the supplies needed for the repairs before he would come to my home to fix the work. After yet another lengthy conversation Steve finally agreed to pick up the supplies which two hours later led to him texting me wanting to return the down payment for the job and to remove the damaged materials from my house leaving me with more damage. Since then Steve has become passive aggressive on the phone, taken the funds for the down payment, and made no attempt to rectify this situation. "40yrs I finally met the guy every contractor dreads. This was my guy. Yikes" Well if that isn't the typical response I'd expect as I've used the service I found Steve on several times prior and never had an issue with any of the other contractors. They were all professionals who did incredible work and got the jobs done without a single issue.
