Despite it being a Sunday afternoon with a pretty decent crowd, it didn't take long at all for a walk-in appointment, just enough time to wander the clothes. The store was also super clean and we were greeted with nothing but smiles from every employee we encountered. As for the shoe shopping, if you can get in with Jake, you're 1000% in excellent hands! He went through the usual foot scan process and explained the results in detail, followed up by several recommendations, both from the provided scan results and his own personal recommendations. I was just looking for good walking shoes so nothing too crazy, but he still took great care in finding a great fit for me and making sure I was completely satisfied with my final pick. He also remembered helping my family before and was able to easily help out with some recommendations to the rest of my group who already had recent scans while I was testing out a few pairs of shoes he pulled. I really appreciated that he wasn't too pushy on making the sale and really wanted us to love what we were leaving with and actually encouraging us to come back within the 30 day window if there were any problems after trying them out for a bit. So far though, great fit! I will definitely be back when I'm ready for my next pair!

This would have been a good opportunity to get rid of last year's products and to make way for this years gear. People love deals and this would have really gotten then into the store. Instead there was no line to get into the store and it was nearly empty. Everyone was at the park for autographs and all the free stuff that was being offered by the Giants. I do love going to the On Deck Shop. There is always so much great stuff in the store, if only they were more reasonably priced. I love the sparkly tops. I do have a few jerseys that I wear proudly. I have a Willie Mays Jersey and a couple of other Jerseys. I'm most proud of the Willie Mays Jersey. It's a classic with the off white coloring. You can see it in my picture, other they you can't tell who's jersey it is as I'm facing forward. I would love to get another one of one of the current players, but they are way too expensive. I also realized that they are hot to wear in the summer. When it get into the 100's you don't want a jersey on as the material is too think. You'd be better of wearing one of the tank tops or t-shirts they well in the On Deck Shop. I wore a jersey today with a black long sleeve top under it as it was a chilly day. As it turns out it was a perfect spring day. A high of 61, perfect jersey weather, not to hot and not too cold. Maybe next year the weather will be just as good and I'll be able to wear my Jersey without the black long sleeve top under it.

My shirts are now over 2 years old and though the colors have faded from the shirts due to the frequent washing, the embroidered logos still looks brand new.
