Patrick is professional, approachable, extremely friendly and has a good sense of humour! I checked with the office and we started anew. To make things right for me, Rhonda completed the will at end of the same day, gave me overnight to check the rather complicated details, made adjustments the next day and came to the house to ensure I had the will signed and completed on time and on budget. I've also had Ms Murray deal with an executor issue of property transfer; a matter of creating legal documents for a personal, short term loan; and a family court issue. I find Ms. Murray easy to deal with, straightforward, knowledgeable on these various matters and trustworthy.

When I wanted to divorce my husband, I looked in the yellow pages app, and found that the firm of…read moreMacQuarrie-Hunter was close by. I went through the web site and when I read the biography of Sarah Morse, I felt a connection. Through the entire divorce process, I felt that Sarah was very supportive. She had very good advice, and the end result was a divorce where I got my share of the house, and walked away with my head held high. I don't feel that Sarah lowered us to robbing my now ex blind. She was extremely respectful to my ex and his lawyer, but she supported me and what I wanted. It wasn't a knock-down fight. It was respectful. Oh and the views from the office are absolutely amazing! :-) I felt it relaxing to take a moment and enjoy the view. With the divorce being so emotional, it helped me a lot.

The single most ineffective and negligent Lawyer a person could ever hire…read more Note to Janet: When your client is being sued for "rectification" of a separation agreement, it's a good idea to find out first, what the other side is seeking to have rectified! Instead of launching yourself in to an unnecessary (and expensive to your client), campaign of discovery that was of no benefit to your client, did not answer the fundamental question of the lawsuit, namely what the other side was seeking to have rectified, but certainly lined your pockets with your clients hard earned money. As it turned out, the rectification the other side was seeking was not germane to the separation agreement at all and was, for the most part erroneous. A good lawyer could have had the claim dismissed in short order, but then again, you're not a good lawyer, I trusted you and you failed to provide the quality of service expected of a competent lawyer, costing me my home, $96,500 I never recovered back from my "X" and almost everything else.
