The changes to the regulations of wills, representation agreements, and bequests mean that you should seek out a specialist to help you navigate this complex legal field. They even included the registration of the wills ( strongly recommended by our son, the labour lawyer...who told us to use a specialist firm). Meetings were done online, with reviews via pdf. Anyhow, Kristen was super patient with me, explaining everything to me, often repeating details (a few times!), and helping refer us to other resources we inquired about. I can't stress how much peace of mind it provides, especially as a parent, to have these documents done - and done correctly.
