They advertised specials online and over the phone, and I was told I might receive some extras like hot stones or hot towels. I did not receive any of those, so the service ended up being a regular massage with no added features. I think the therapist may be new and just wasn't aware of the specials. Overall, the massage itself was good, the staff was polite, and the spa is clean and professional. I would return for the focused work on pain areas, but I hope the communication about specials becomes more consistent.

Their online appointment system is also really easy to use. I've never had a problem getting a time slot that worked for me, even the day of. I'm flexible with whomever does my massage but if it's an issue for you, make sure to confirm first. My only con with this place is that sometimes the person doing my massage does not speak English very well, but as long as I let them know as soon as I arrive, someone will translate my message for me. Also, the price cannot be beat. I've been to a few massage places in El Paso that were 2-3 times the price of this place and nobody has been able to get out all the knots and tension like this place can.

I told Lizette my problem areas and she began terrorizing me, I kept telling her what she was doing was way to hard, I kept jumping and complaining and she kept saying I had to take the "therapy" she was giving. After about five minutes I stated getting up and told her I was leaving. When she saw I was serious she said she would give me a different type of relaxing massage.
