Literally 4 min after the purchase and before leaving store premises. Just save a trip and gas to this store, go somewhere else. They are always out of vape coils and their selections on e-juice is a joke. Best luck finding what you need here. I have been a customer for about two years now and I think this was my last visit to a Vape City store.

I truly appreciate both of their attention to this matter. ================================================== DO NOT SHOP HERE. Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I used to shop here often but never again. I received an empty product before heading out of town but found that the product was empty after arriving in another city. I was told I could only exchange within 24 hours at the store in town. They were unwilling to compromise and give me a refund or even exchange for a similar product in the city I was visiting. They clearly don't care about their customers. I lost $75 on a product that was empty and could not use!

    Tonight I stopped at No Limit Smoke & Vape because I needed coils. The counter attendant was a…read moreyoung woman with black hair that had been dyed light blue in places. She had a difficult time finding the coil I needed, and seemed to question whether or not I knew what I was asking for. She found coils of the right type but not the right wattage. They were .5; the ones I wanted were .15 or .2. She finally pulled out a box that looked familiar and when I asked her to let me see it I saw that it was the exact coils I had asked for in the first place. I told her that was what I wanted and asked for 2 of them. She spent the next minute or so looking at the coils, comparing the one in my device to the ones she was selling me, looking from the .5 to the .15 in a slightly confused manner. I finally said "just please sell me two of the .15." She did. Of course, when I got home and changed my coil and the wattage wouldn't go over 50, I realized that she had sold me the .5's by mistake. So I went back up there to get the right coils. The counter attendant - I would call her by name but she refused to give it to me - never once apologized for giving me the wrong product that I paid $14 for. She actually acted as if I was causing the problem. She said she could only "exchange" one of them. I told her it wasn't an exchange, because it wasn't my mistake, it was hers. She became ugly and rude and I decided it just wasn't worth it. I told her to give me the one coil and be done with it, I just wanted to go home. Here's the thing. I worked in the vape industry for 2 years. I have worked in retail/customer service now for about half a decade. If you want to retain customers, it is not wise to make your customers pay for your mistakes. The right thing to do would have been to apologize for the mistake, to immediately make it right and if that meant she had to pay for one coil then that's what should have happened. I will NEVER patronize that store again. I am not going to spend my hard earned money at a store that has such terrible customer service. The young woman who waited on me needs, at best, a serious discussion with management as to the way to deal with this type of situation. If it were my store, she wouldn't have a job anymore, but that's just me. I hold people to the same high standard to which I hold myself. So, if you want to purchase vape products, my suggestion would be to go to Vape Away in Bulverde. They don't treat you like shit when they fuck up.
