They always have fresh bars and chains in stock, which is nice, especially when you need it now. About 2 or 3 years ago, I had my Stihl ms290 in for some work. While it was being repaired, the business was broken into and robbed, and my saw was stolen! Kristen quickly called and apologized profusely, and immediately offered to either pay me for a new saw, or apply the value towards a new saw. I thought it over for a while and ended up taking the payout. No issues whatsoever with the business and they were extremely professional and courteous. I Havnt needed to go in there in a while, but the next time I need anything to do with motorized outdoor equipment, they of course will be my go-to! Highly recommend!

The counter person advised that many of the pumps are very expensive, $300.00 range and not worth repair but they would see. I felt that I had likely just spent $45.00 and there would be no repair. I called after 9 weeks and was told that they called and left a voice mail saying that repair was to expensive and I should pick up the unit. When I picked up the power washer it appears that it had been outside for sometime. I have since removed the pump myself, only 3 bolts as it turns out, and purchased a new pump for $60.00. During COVId-19 times they enforce the use of masks and it feels clean and organized specially the gardening section which it outside. The curbside pick up service has been excellent; it is organized and timely. There are parking spots for customers getting pick up orders. My only issue is that they don't do curbside pick up for all items (this may be a company-wide thing rather than a specific location thing). What needs improvement: being able to find someone to help you find something can be really difficult, staff doesn't always seem approachable when I need help. This is an overall image but as always you have the good, approachable helpful staff and then the ones that aren't so helpful; service is just not consistent. Also the supplies here have been running low; I had been wanting tomato cages for a while and went 3 times and they were always out of the tomato cages; same thing happened with sod (went to the competition to get these). I'm summary I have had overall pleasant experiences here, but customer service can improve a bit and they need to maintain their items in the warehouse.

They had perennial hibiscuses, very healthy looking hydrangea varieties, lavenders, clematis, elephant ear plants and a good collection of other sun and shady perennials along with annuals. Found the most pretty looking sedum plant, forgot to buy it though. All plants looked healthy. They were selling proven winners brand too.

Really, the whole staff is awesome, helpful, and oh-so kind. You cannot go wrong here. And their prices are terrific. Tom Brannigan the owner and operator, is clearly one of the most professional and patient people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He took true time to fully explain everything he was doing on my mower, and his overall work was both comprehensive in scope of services performed, and expertly completed. Tom even went as far as to discuss a preventative maintenance plan for my mower, and fully explain the need for all possible repairs that might have to be done and why. I booked an appointment for service to my snowblower. When the tech came, he started working on it…read moreand then told me I needed a new choke switch. Never once said anything about anything else. Got a message saying I needed the choke switch and a new carb. The service PM I was getting was a full service. Oil change, spark plug, carb cleaning, belt inspection, etc. The choke switch was replaced and new carb installed. Tech told me via text that he was done and machine was running good. Upon coming home from work, I started looking over machine. Oil was black, spark plug was rusty (so never changed) and the bolts to the cover were dusty so no inspection was completed. When I sent pics, I was told that he didn't change the spark plug bc the machine ran good. They offered to come back but at this point all trust was lost. I paid for the parts but that was it. Yes, the machine starts good but after using it during this snow, the carb is leaking fuel and it does not throttle up at all so were there any adjustments made. I have to stay in #1 and go very slow. To top it all off, I went back and saved all my ring footage and watched what the tech did. Let's just say that the footage don't match what they told me was done. The owner told me that I didnt need to pay but I wanted to pay for the parts as I'm not that type of person. The reason for the review is because how many others do they do this to. If you pay for service, you should get the service you paid for and not what they think. Now I need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly.
