Literally don't go out of my way either to leave reviews because I also operate a small business so I understand and respect the hustle but keyword is RESPECT. To dismiss my staff simply because they were asking for more information? to provide false information and to rudely accuse us of credit card fraud because we wanted to know why it cost $850+tax for a tow LESS THAN 0.5 miles? absolutely unacceptable. We said we would pay but we just needed a proper invoice first for our accounting, and thats when we'd provide the credit card info but to refuse that request and then to rudely shut us down.
