I explained my current tax strategy and he assured me there are better strategies available for my business, so I signed up with them to learn this "new" strategy. Fast Forward to the end of the process and Provision tells me the exact same strategy I was already using. Complete waste of money. I attempted to resolve the matter with Provision several times and they agreed to refund a portion of the cost. After constant lying and dragging of their feet, they said they had "closed it out" and never refunded any of the cost. If you are interested in getting a tax strategy, just contact a local CPA that is familiar with your type of business and they will be able to advise you for much cheaper than $4,000.

He stated that he would be happy to assist me if I would email him the forms. He would complete those forms and submit them for me. The deadline for filing those forms was June 25, 2021. He has told me that the forms were submitted. I have called the fund administrator to see if the forms had been filed. They have no record of the forms. It is now too late to submit the forms UNLESS I can provide them with a copy of the forms that were submitted, how they were submitted or that the forms were submitted no later than June 25, 2021 with a postmark of that same date (if the forms were sent via USPS). I have called/texted/emailed Progressive Financial Concepts for the last four months to try and get an answer as to if these forms were filed, how they were submitted, any documentation they have that proved these documents were submitted, etc. and I have not had a response to any of my communications. I would like Brian West or Kory Budinger to call me and let me know if the forms were submitted and provide proof that they were submitted. I cannot go forward without proof/documentation that these forms were actually submitted. We have been clients for many years with Progressive Financial Concepts (until recently). I find their lack of respect for their clients needs and/or concerns to be inadequate. When I call the main office number the receptionist tells me, "he just went to the parking lot, he is in a meeting or he just got on the phone". I leave a message with her to have them call me back and I am still waiting on a response. If I send an email, I was told it went to their spam folder and he didn't see it or If I text, I get no response at all. I would like a phone call to get the answers I am asking for.
