do not trust this law firm to do your estate planning if it involves anything to do Tim Hall,…read more supposed to be a respectable lawyer, his firm, drew up a trust where there was family involved and made sure that the trust would have his access. He paid no taxes, and 0 upkeep on the house, which was part of the estate. Through legal means and rewriting from the original executors he stole the property that he never paid taxes on or did upkeep. Tim Hall had a conflict of interest, when he drew up the trust because he was doing it for family. His sister has Alzheimer's, and through rewrites and his legal means he is taking the property from the original executors of the trust. Don't trust him go somewhere else for your estate planning and trust. Dishonest and selfish, legally would like to fight him. Rhonda Stradling.

I went to their nice office to sign papers and i received a nice check from the trust fund. However, the financial guy was not available, even though he was in the building. No one else could answer my questions. I left them my number, but I'm still waiting for a call back. Now i have a large beneficiary check, but unsure on the specifics to creating a new trust account and how to cash it out. It would be nice to of received a little financial guidance but i ask that is now offered in this firm. Update: 5/20 - the bank told me that they should of given me more specific instructions and that i should see another lawyer. Wonderful.... Update 5/24 - ok well i went to Fidelity and they straightened it out for me. This just has been stressful, i wish Morris Hall just gave me some direction and it didn't take so long.

I am a nationally known author of 4 IRS books- see Amazon under Richard M. Schickel. I am now in private practice as an IRS licensed Enrolled Agent. In the course of doing case work for my clients, I uncovered IRS officers acting with malice to taxpayers who were just trying to follow the tax laws. I had to file two professional complaints against two officers and that is when the IRS came after me. They threatened to refer my case as a criminal referral to the U.S. Justice Department. They were planning to cancel my license and destroy my good name in the tax professional community. Jason Silver using his considerable knowledge and wisdom of the IRS put my case together (he is an eloquent writer) and the IRS just totally back off and went away. I cannot thank Mr. Silver enough for saving my name, my career and my ability to help people in distress with the IRS.

I was saddled with a Federal Tax liability in the mid six figure range. Jason was able to settle with the IRS for just 5% of the liability. Frankly, I was in disbelief. I was thoroughly impressed with the time that Evan Nielsen spent with me one on one, discussing how I ran my business, what the tax code considered to be business versus personal deductions, and what the projections were for my taxes. He went through all standard business deductions with me, so that when I left I felt fully prepared. When I received the group's engagement letter, it had easy to understand worksheets which helped me to add expenses and deductions, and once the power of attorney forms were signed - the group handled all filing, correspondence, and any consequent phone calls to the IRS on my behalf. It made the stress of taxes and late filings completely melt away. The paralegals, as well as the attorneys in the group, kept me informed of any changes, updates, and the status of any filings. I received all correspondence from the IRS, but the group handled everything. I have used the group for more than two tax years, and I am so exceedingly pleased with their extensive experience, and personal individualized approach. I truly felt important, and any emails I sent with questions were answered immediately. The group not only handles taxes and IRS issues, but also Corporate structures, debt settlements, short sales, and foreclosure prevention. They are worth every dollar you spend, and it is money well invested . I highly highly recommend them!

I've been a business owner for over ten years and I don't think I've ever had a less professional call with someone in a professional field in my entire career. He came very highly recommended as someone who cares deeply about his clients and has experiences unwinding complex tax situations. The conversation we had was the furthest from that I could possibly imagine. Among choice quotes from Jonathan were: - "I can change you five times my normal rate and maybe that will incentivize me to help you" - "When you think about all that you are needing - the returns for the past years, any financial review that may need to happen, and allowing you have less 'hands on' and transferring the 'leg work,' what do you believe the investment should be for this type of service?" He also made it clear that if I worked with him, I should not take reasonable deductions (like contributing to a SEP IRA), because he wouldn't be able to take the time to help me estimate my contribution. He also is clearly uninformed about basic tax rules, like what the deadline for making a SEP IRA contribution is. A two minute google search confirmed this. Which begs the question - what other tax laws and regulations does he not understand? I would have much rather he just said up front "I'm sorry, I'm booked up and I don't have the bandwidth to help you." Instead, the conversation we had was appalling. Also, naked videos on his Facebook page promoting his services as a tax professional? Really?

A fellow volunteer at an event I was working on mentioned that her husband did estate planning and it might be worthwhile to check out even though I am in the east valley and the office was in Glendale. I can assure you it was such an easy and carefree experience that I cannot believe I was actually seeing a lawyer. I always pictured it being so complicated and expensive and having things said to me I wouldn't understand without use of a legal jargon dictionary. However, Heath sat down with me and discussed the different types of documents that were available and what they were used for as well as answered any questions I had in regard to them. He also asked questions about my affairs in order to create the documents needed. Ends up I just needed a simple estate planning package with a few different documents. I left that day giving Heath the information he needed to draft the documents. Since I didn't live nearby, he emailed me drafts of the documents when they were complete for me to review. I was able to ask any questions I had before hand and when I showed up to pick up the documents, all I had to do was sign and pay the small fee that was charged. Witnesses were available and everything was painless. I highly recommend visiting Heath for any estate planning needs.

He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance - I am many states away!
