He arrived promptly, allowed me to explain the situation, took a look around, and got to work. It took less than an hour for him to remove the bats, clean up the area and sanitize. On top of that, his pricing was very fair. He was unfortunately the 4th call I made about having the bats removed. I wish I'd found him first, I could have had this problem taken care of weeks ago. Like the professional that he is, Ben quickly identified the entry point used by the squirrels to access my attic. Then, he devised a plan to get all the squirrels to leave my attic. Once the squirrels left, Ben closed up the entry point. While he is knowledgeable and professional, Ben was also open to suggestions and any concerns that I had. Seeing them, hearing them, and killing them. I don't want them in my house, by my house, and if I could I would ensure I never saw one. But let's be realistic. There is only so much I can control and the state of my home, and exterior, are what I can claim dominion over. At least if I have the assistance of David M. Parker Exterminator. A house with a backyard butted up to a lot filled with vegetation, two levels and an expansive attic, and a garage all serve as calling cards to our tiny legged friends. That and being in the South, and near a body of water (Savannah River). So immediately upon moving into the house we set up monthly servicing. This is the exterior and all of the interior. And when I say "all", I mean all. They spray every bit of baseboard, every closest space, the entire garage, and are sure no corner is missed. They have consistently started with a friendly greeting and ask if I have any issues. Wasps, gone. I mentioned it once and now they check for nests every month. Ant hills, gone. I have yet to see a roach or any other bug inside. No ants, stink bugs, ladybugs, etc. And this is with our back door continuously being opened due to our three furry family members needing to go in the backyard to pee. Also, they are highly accommodating on scheduling. You can choose almost any date and time frame and they will make it work. I could only wish every business I encounter was as dependable and of quality as Parker Exterminator. I highly, highly recommend them.

I called Northwestern Exterminating about a bed bug inspection. I was covered in mysterious bites…read moreand could not determine whether or not I had bed bugs. I chose Northwestern for the inspection because of their friendly receptionist, free inspections and free followups. The exterminator Rocco was incredibly helpful and professional. He looked at pictures of my bites. Inspected my sheets, mattress, couch and cat bed for both bed bugs and fleas. After a thorough inspection he determined that it was highly unlikely that I have bed bugs and that encouraged me to call back if I have similar bites so he could take another look at my mattress and bedding. Overall the staff at Northwestern was thorough but not pushy. The company seems very customer friendly and helpful. Needless to say they will be my go to exterminator in the future. I highly recommend them.
