People hog the carts and folding tables so it's extremely inconvenient to get your laundry done in a decent manner. This laundromat is an absolute dream! I have visited three different laundromats in the area over…read morethe last month and done about 6-7 loads of laundry in each and this one is by far the best. Top feature: they take credit cards! Most laundromats are still coin operated but this one has a card reader on every machine. Apparently by paying with credit card, you can get the 10th wash free. They also have a loyalty card for tracking the washes if you don't want to pay with credit. The machines are great. Clean, modern, and efficient. The washers have convenient upgrade features. For $0.25 each, you can add an extra rinse cycle or indicate that your clothes are heavily soiled for extra washing. Drying is $0.25 for 7 minutes. They also have a wash and fold service. I came around 5am on a Monday and there were only two other people there. I imagine it gets quite crowded on the weekends and later in the day. This will be my go-to laundromat going forward!

i have not yet washed my clothes at this location but have been on the hunt for a laundromat which…read moreis less pricy than the one at the hotel i'm staying at. so far, this seems to have average prices. not sure what has happened to make laundry cost so much more lately, but i digress. as of the date of my review, it costs $2.50 to use one of the 18lb washing machines, and 25c will get you only 7 minutes of time on the dryers. seems a clean-enough place, but the prices really could be a lot better/more competitive. free parking in the lot though, is a plus.

HUGE laundromat with a Western Union inside. I live in Greenwich, and this is just a short drive…read moreaway - the machines seem expensive (but then again I'm used to southern pricing) - it runs around $6 for a load in the largest machine (which honestly is so huge probably no one needs to use this regularly) $4.50 for the medium and $2.50 for the small ones. A TON of clothes can fit even in the smallest one, so if you're just one or two people who do laundry every couple of weeks and divide your clothes by color then probably use the smallest one. They have two change machines there which I've only had a problem with once - I put a $20 in and it only gave me $10 back. I have been cautious ever since and have used smaller denominations but it's never happened again. It's super clean, and a lot of space. The neighborhood is fine, I have never checked out the restaurant the other review mentioned but I will next time I go! Drying clothes is super cheap - 25 cents / 7 minutes, and on the high setting my clothes usually take 28 minutes - and that's all the clothes from the 2-3 small/medium loads that i usually do! Sometimes if a lot of towels it will take another 7 minutes. So all in all, not that bad!! The middle aged white guy and the young Hispanic guy who work there and sit behind the glass are really nice and helpful too.

We recently had an issue which I brought to management. While I didn't believe the issue was contentious, the team declared they where apprehensive to continue with my business. The reason for the positive review is that they were proactive in response, resolution and professionalism. I do not judge a business or person on their mistakes, rather their response. I would recommend The Laundry Room, and I hope their business continues to thrive in our Neighborhood.

After hitting up 2 laundromats close to my home, I decided to look elsewhere. They had very few XL washers for all my blankets and the places were rundown and dingy. The minute I walked in I see 8 brand new XL washing machines calling my name. Score! No waiting AND it's so clean! Plus there's free parking! I don't know what else you could ask for. From now on I won't even bother going to the laundromat that's walkable from my house. Next time it's blanket washing time, I will just hop in my car and head to Scarsdale.
