I first seen a Taylor paint job when I was round 17 years old. Bob had laid many stripes and panels on a 56 Chevy panel with a green base of Candy. I searched for a period of time trying to locate the Painter. After several years, I seen another job on a 32 Ford Sedan at the Carl Casper Show with a mural of Louisville at night. Needless to say just mesmerized by the art work. A few years later I had the opportunity to meet and speak with Bob. I immediately notified them and they said they could redo the wrap later in the SAME WEEK. I waited 2 weeks to hear back and finally called a few times and was told they would get me in the following Wednesday. That next Wednesday I was told they could not get me in because they still had not ordered the wrap for my car. so I had the messed up wrap removed from my car that Wednesday. After removing the wrap they ruined the paint on the hood of my car. they left giant chips and cracks in my paint due to improperly removing the wrap. I CONTINUED TO WAIT 2 months. Called and texted multiple times and never got another appointment. They stopped answering after denying me a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR WRAPPING COMANY. would not recommend!!!!! They are scammers and will take your money and ruin your car!

Once full payment was made, all communication stopped, which felt extremely unprofessional. Interactions with both the owner and staff were difficult and unpleasant.
