Both boxes were labeled as the same model and looked identical, but the blades inside actually had different hinge designs. That wouldn't have been a problem if the correct adapters had been in the packages. Unfortunately, the first package contained a bunch of random parts, but the adapter that fit my car didn't even match the hinge on the blade. When I opened the second package, it only had three parts--and none of them worked with that blade's hinge either. It seems like returned merchandise is being put back on the shelf without anyone checking whether the correct parts are inside the package. Customers are being charged full price for items that are incomplete or mismatched. This created a lot of unnecessary hassle for what should have been a simple purchase. Very disappointing experience.

He even gave my fiancé a brand new Universal Socket, just because he's a tool guy and thought it was awesome. The manager, Brian, worked hard to find me the best interest rate and payment for my level of comfort. He also gave us hats and offered to meet me in Lexington (where he lives also) on his day off to collect the title from me. Last but not least, the finance guy - David - wrapped up the entire process seamlessly and with a ton of personality, even though we were there almost an hour past closing. We immediately brought them back and they YELLED at us saying he told us that we couldn't return them, when he never did. When we tried to reason with him he continued to yell at us like we were idiots. We just want our money back and now we're driving to Lawrenceburg to return them. Very dissatisfied with the service and the way they treat their customers.

Dan said he would have the cross bars removed then came back and said Toyota had put the wrong covers so they did not remove them. The road noise is very bad with them .
