Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. The cost did not break the bank. I was referred to them by one of my friends who trusted them with his M3. (I own a c350 coupe, by the way). First, like all their clients, you need to schedule an appointment. Mine was scheduled on a Saturday morning at 9 AM. Best part was.... they come to you and do not require to use the water (or anything else) from your home! At first, I was a bit nervous because I did not receive a call or any notice the day before to confirm my appointment. But they (two man team) showed up on time and was ready to work. I was doing some work at home but throughout their four hours of work on my car, they were more than ok with me taking pictures of them doing their thing. They were pretty knowledgable in what they were doing and were more than welcoming when I asked questions. I asked for their ultimate detail ($250) and they did everything as advertised.... Including some TLC. They worked on my car as if it was their own. I'm highly satisfied with their service and would recommend it to all the car guys who want to find a company that really cares.

After going back & forth with the owner, trying to schedule for almost two weeks, I called him yesterday to see if he can detail my car today. He said they could be to my residence between 2-3PM. I agreed that the time would work for me. He called me at 11:10 AM to say that they could be here between 12-12:30PM. I told him to make it 12:30; he agreed. Since I live in an apt bldg, I texted him at 12:20PM just to let him know I was waiting in my car at the front entrance to my building. No response! I waited until 12:45PM and texted to ask for his ETA; he texted back that they would arrive at 1:05PM. His worker called me at 1:02PM to tell me that they were stuck in traffic and they would be here in 45 minutes!! A bit unrealistic; traffic is not that heavy around 1PM, but I just said OK. WELL, NO-SHOW! NO CALL OR TEXT... AND WORST OF ALL... NO APOLOGY!!! I called the owner's number and his worker's number at 2:00PM; both calls went to voicemail! I then texted the owner to let him know that he wasted my entire day. He then texted back that he's in class and he asked ME if his worker was having trouble finding me? I would not know because I wasn't advised! I had two problems with that text... The first being that the owner lied to me, because he previously told me about a week ago, that he has classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Well, today is Wednesday and he texted that he's in class! My second issue is that he told me that HE and his worker would both be working on my car, and gave me no indication otherwise! Save yourself the aggravation and find another detailer to work on your car! And don't be fooled by all the phony reviews; his own worker, Zain, gave a 5-Star review! Yelp doesn't recommend the phony reviews for good reason! Kudos to Yelp for detecting the deception!
