I had driven by Blues several times & finally one day I stopped there to get some advice. It's a small place but Rob, Bryan & Jefferson are all very nice guys. I set up an appt & Bryan was able to give me a lift home. I planned on leaving my car there for most of the day. At first I was not going to do my interior bc I thought it looked just fine. I take my car to the car wash every couple of weeks & they always vacuum & wipe down inside. However, quite awhile ago, a bottle of Champagne had exploded while packed in the back compartment of my car. I thoroughly cleaned it up or so I thought! Bryan showed me a picture of the back of my second seats. Needless to say, they did do a magnificent job on the interior too! I didn't take a pic bc I was busy that evening & of course the next day, the pollen had already settled all over the exterior. But they did a great job for a fair price!

But one day I was passing by Hicksville and saw this handwashing location. I decided to give it a try. Now I've been to some very reputable handwash places. Blues is definitely one of them. He takes his time and he cares. So I decided to get my car ceramic coated. I did go ask couple of places but none of them gave me the reassurance I was looking for. Keep in mind you don't want to mess this up since it is a semi permanent product. He took care of my car, all the swirls, took his time. He even did my calipers, exhaust tips, wheels. Overall the experience was amazing. I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a honest detailer who will put in that effort for your car.

Dan was absolutely meticulous with the details of the wash, and the car came out looking absolutely flawless. Better than when I got it from the dealership, in fact! I've seen the workers sitting in the back for up to half an hour waiting for the boss to wake up and open the business AFTER business hours have started. The quality of the wash is great, however, consistency and reliability are equally important for a business.

I standby that review, however, I bought the Ruby membership a Few weeks ago and since, this car wash has been closed the two times I've been there when there when they are supposed to be open. It's not convenient, especially in the winter months when you want to get your car washed more frequently. The first time they were closed, I mentioned it to the owner, and he said it was because the machines broke down. At least leave a sign at the entrance that you're closed due to mechanical issues. I won't stop going to this car wash, but I will not pay for a membership that I can't use when I need to use it.

I would strongly caution anyone against using this detailing company. I had my car detailed by them…read moreand it came back with major damage. In addition to scratches all over the roof and spoiler, they used chemicals and cleaners that should not have been used on my vehicle. This resulted in permanent stains on the exterior trim, staining throughout the wheel wells, and blotchy marks across the leather and interior trim. Another professional detailing company evaluated the vehicle and provided a written report. That report states the entire car now needs to be redone inside and out just to correct these mistakes, with an estimated cost of $400. That figure does not include the roof repair, which was estimated at an additional $500, the paint damage on the side mirror at approximately $100, or the cost to replace the permanently stained trim pieces... not to mention that they also ruined the carpeting in my trunk from cleaning it way too aggressively. I was also informed that the scratches on the spoiler and roof went through both the clear coat and the paint, which means those areas will require complete sanding and repainting to be properly corrected. To make matters worse, I later learned that the owner, Adam, is only 20 years old and that his LLC was created just two months before my appointment. In my experience, Adam handled the situation very poorly. Rather than taking responsibility, he was dismissive and argumentative, and he showed no willingness to make things right. He even had his father do the detailing work on my car. After I raised these issues, his communication became extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly texted me in a very unprofessional and immature manner, told me that because my security camera was not working I had no proof, and refused to cooperate in resolving the damage. I did eventually receive a refund for the original detailing charge, but it took significant back and forth just to get that much. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company and taking your business elsewhere.
