Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I would recommend you give CSP and Brian the opportunity to show some love to your vehicle. I'm glad I did.

Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor. This car was cleaned for 1 hour. Wish a little more time was spent on this one.

I said I saw $23 but he said it went up. he rang me up, I paid, then he wrote on the back of the receipt $3 off car wash. I guess that promotion is gone also. I just looked at the receipt today: $27.99 + $2.41 tax = $30.40. I paid with $100 bill and received $68 in change. I guess they include gratuity like a restaurant would?! I've gone here a many times to get my car washed. It was convenient for me when I used to live at…read moremy parents' place. I try to go early since there can be a line sometimes. Even if there is a line it does not take too long to move. The crew vacuums the car and prep it to go through the wash belt. There is a waiting area in the shop with a small restroom. After it comes out of the car wash, there are a few guys that wipe down the outside. Now using Yelp, it is good to know they have a yelp check in offer for ten percent off.
