The problem and concern with this business is they get their customers to purchase their popcorn tin with the promise of buying the tin at a premium price with 50% off your next refill. We traveled from out of town to get our first refill . We were told upon arriving they are now selling it at a 35% off instead of the 50% deal that we originally purchased the tin. Speaking with the owner she refused to honor her deal for which we originally purchased the popcorn in order to gain the 50% off deal on refills. So, with that being stated...this business will never get my business due to its shady business tactics. I hope others will see this and consider purchasing from other avenues due to them taking advantage of their customers. Stephania...if they would like to make amends my number is (254) 289-0022.

The business owner refused to refund or exchange the item, insisting it wasn't his fault. For an $18.00 product, this level of inflexibility and lack of empathy was surprising and unnecessary. As a business owner, he writes off losses every year, so accommodating a clearly defective item should not have been an issue. This kind of treatment makes me not want to patronize this establishment again, and I will be sure to let others know how they choose to operate.

I am always supporting our veteran owned businesses because as a disabled veteran myself, we are all we have each other's six. My wife and I brought our pups with us and they allowed them in the store with no issue. The owners are very friendly and communicate with everyone who walks into their store. Their knowledge about the products they sell and offer from other veteran owned businesses is amazing. Rebecca the owner gave us a detailed walk through the entire shop since we were her first customers of the day. She explained about the hot sauces they offer and the spices you can use for cooking or grilling. She sold me a couple of spices to try out. They even spelled good, she explained that one of the was Italian but she said I could use it on meats such as chicken. My wife ended buying a lot of teas to try. She has been here before my visit today. The place is located right in the heart of the Salado shops. It's right off the main st. There are two parking spaces up front and more parking spaces in the back. There is even an open field to let your pups roam around and do their dirty deed. Just make sure to pick up after your pup.

There was an older woman in front of me in line and the moment she went to leave, the woman working behind the counter dropped her facial expression and stared at the woman leaving with such distaste. While I enjoyed the items I purchased, I have no intention of returning.

This place just popped up a few months ago, I thought it could end up being a staple in my diet…read more Been here 3x now - - it's okay, they could really do so much better. It's geared towards the gym rats, tons of amino acids and weight gain supplements. The guys who work here could probably help supplement your car jack if you ever needed some help lifting your car to fix a flat. They have tons of smoothies and shakes, aka "meal supplements". There's so many to choose from you could literally stand there for an hour just mulling over the choices. Why some may think that's a good thing it can also be a drawback if the information is not organize well because you can easily get lost in their 40+ choices listed, and it could make it more difficult to make your decision. Also - they are short on salesmanship, I should offer a lesson of sorts to help them out. I have to ask what's popular, it's usually the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Shake (which has real peanut butter). But twice I've been there and twice they've run out of peanut butter. I'm like - WTF? That's your top seller and you're out of peanut butter? Again? I'd say send someone to HEB ASAP and get a damn jar of PB so you can make some sales! Or - how about this concept - let's keep an inventory of peanut butter in the back? Hmmm.....now that's a thought. There's a drive-thru as well, not a lot of traffic here, so that's why I think these little things could help give them a boost. I'd say they are premium priced for what they offer (a small scoop of powder + ice + water + add ins) for about $4-5 per shake, but they're basically the only one in town that I know of that offers such shakes - so that kinda gives them some free reign. Maybe next time I'll show up with a jar of peanut butter - just in case!
