I did not know the local company, ReadyFresh, was being acquired by Primo Brands. Had I known how badly the change management was going to be, I would never have signed up. My first delivery in April and second delivery in May went smoothly. For July, I used their mobile app to move our delivery up by three business days; well within their delivery edit time frame. My target delivery date for Wed, July 25th, was completely missed and with zero advance notice. I had to check the mobile app to find out it was delayed to Friday, July 27th. Not the biggest deal. Delays sometimes happen and we can pick up a case of water bottles for our customers till Friday. When the delivery no-showed again on Friday, AGAIN without advance notice, I had to find out through the app that it was now delayed to Monday, June 30th. I emailed customer service asking if these type of no notice delays were common. They replied the next day stating delays due to service merges across branches and assured me that our delivery for Monday, June 30th, will be made by 6pm. You won't have to guess that they no-showed on Monday, June 30th. AGAIN, without notice. They no-showed on Tuesday, July 1st, WITHOUT NOTICE. And now, checking the mobile app, our delivery is now set for July 2nd. They have completed eroded what little trust they had and now I can not count on them being able to deliver water on time for our staff and customers. BUYER BEWARE.

They have completely lied about delivery -- and then sent emails that they missed my delivery window. I requested they picked up two bottles -- which they lied about picking up, even sending an email that they had. Then website has no way to get to a human. And they've jacked up prices since we started with them in 2017. After months of no service, I finally went with a local company which finally has decent service. BEWARE -- stay far far far away from this company.

    Have been a customer for years, until this week. We were supposed to get a delivery on Monday…read more6/02/2025, and nothing showed all day. I called Customer service, and they stated that they would place us on priority delivery the next day 06/03/2025 and would not charge for delivery, due to the inconvenience. On 06/03/2025 delivery no shows, and cannot get through to customer service, via chat or phone, so I call on 06/04/2025. While on hold, I log into the website to see if there is any information there. On the website it states "We ran out of your ordered products, and ETA for delivery is now 06/05/2025". I stay on hold, as I now definitely need to speak with someone, and then I hear "Thank you for calling, please rate your representative and how they handled your issue". So I hung up and called back, and was on eternal hold again for 15-20 minutes, and the same thing happened. This went on until noon, when finally a representative answers, and asked how they can be of service? I said I wanted to cancel the account, and proceeded to tell him why. He then stated "This has been placed in escalation, and you'll have to talk with that department", and placed me on hold. After 10 minutes the phone clicked off. Water may be good but the customer service is non existent, if you can even reach anyone. Website has a chat feature, that is automated, and your not chatting with anyone but a computer. Would highly recommend NOT getting service through this company. For the price they charge for the product, and delivery, you can purchase a whole house water filter. Good luck with this one.

The mgmt. Wants drivers to perform all the duties of a full-time sales rep while performing the grueling, boot camp duties of delivering heavy product in the Texas heat!

After researching the cost of a new rear bike rim, I decided to take the 27-minute drive to Sun Country Cycling in Temple. Even though the bike was not purchased at Sun County Cycling, he was told that this business could help him on how to inflate the tires. I was not in agreement for my Husband on taking the bike to this location to help him on how to inflate the tires. I wanted for the bike to be returned where he had purchased it. Well he did it anyway, and it was a big mistake that my Husband did. An associate went outside to assist my Husband with his issues on how to inflate the tires. The associate started pumping air in the tire, and it exploded ruining the tire. My Husband was asked if he could leave the bike there for a couple of days, and heagreed on leaving the bike. He was told that if he agreed on them doing an inspection on the bike. The inspection on the bike will be a $60.00 fee, and my Husband agreed. I don't blame Sun Country Cycling, but I BLAME MY HUSBAND for letting them take advantage of him. The reason I am posting this message is because if you are a local business, and not a corporate business. You should not take advantage of the local people who support your business. They did give him a break on the $60.00, and only charged him $30.00. But that is not the issue, you need not to take advantage of the locals who support your business.

    Purchased a patio BBQ smoker, about 15 miles from our house. About 500+ lbs of metal - a bit much…read morefor me and the Hop Queen to rassle with (wrestle seems to high brow for BBQ). Contacted 7-8 moving companies without much success - most places charged a minimum time (2-3hours, 3 employees), which would have been almost as much as we paid for the used smoker, or they wouldn't fool with a single item. That's if they responded at all, half never even bothered. All of Texas Moving called back within the hour, and apologized for not being there to take the call. Casey got the description (and pic), checked with the boss, and had a reasonable fee w/ next day service for the move, all arranged while I was on the phone. I got a call when the truck rolled out, the smoker arrived with no problem, the two workers moved it onto my back yard patio in about 5 minutes. They were all real life savers, they responded with the best quote, got the job done quickly with no drama, and made our end of it super easy!

From the communication, to the actual moving, their professionalism, everything. Which is why I immediately called them to move me this last time. However, I don't think I'll be using them again in the future. I called on Tuesday mid afternoon to schedule for the following Saturday. They told me no problem and got it set up for 12:30, Saturday afternoon on the 30th. I tell her I want to move by the hour. She tells me they have a two hour minimum I tell her that's fine, I also have a couch I need moved into the new house from the old house. She says ok, notes it, and tells me it'll be $300. Well I had taken a break to eat lunch on Friday and I get a call from one of the movers telling me he's at my gate to move me. I explained that they were supposed to be there the following day and called the office to make sure they were still coming tomorrow. She said she got her wires crossed and apologized and assured me they'd be there at 12:30 the next day. Around 11:30 on Saturday, one of the movers calls me again and says the client they're currently with has more stuff than they thought so they're going to be about 30 minutes late. No problem, that buys me more time to make sure everything is good to go. 1pm comes and goes and around 1:30 I send a text to check on the status because I haven't heard anything. He tells me they're waiting on this client to pay. 2 pm comes and goes and then so does 2:30. I text again for an update because I haven't heard anything.he's telling me they have to follow this lady to a gas station to get a money order for her to pay. I tell them that I'm not too concerned about it because they're always really good. They finally got to my house at 3pm, 2 1/2 hours late. They were pretty good and fast but I also had everything already in one room for them. They drop off the couch, we go to my storage unit. By this time it's 4:30. They tell me there's a $50 extra stop fee that no one told me about and even though it took them an hour and a half, there's still a two hour minimum. When she called to get payment, I sort of let her know I was pretty annoyed. She apologized and said that she knows it's annoying but it's not their fault they were late. It's not my fault either.Then when the movers were leaving, they wound up hitting the gate of my storage facility. They got out and looked, and then left. The owner of the facility text me about this but saw me leave ahead of them so he didn't blame me. He said he was going to call the company to discuss. So the fact that they were 2 1/2 hours late and tacked on a $50 fee that I didn't know about ahead of time, hit the gate, and all of the other things, I don't know that I'm willing to use them again. Update as of 12/16/24. I called them last week in response to their request to make it right and no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail stating my name, what I was calling about, and my number and no one called back. Unless or until they make some portion of this right, I will continue to leave this review up. What's really sad is the owner of my storage facility asked if I would recommend them to partner with so he would recommend them and they him, etc. I told him that prior to this experience I would have said yes but not after this time.
