When I got home, I opened my cup, and I had none of that. I did have a 32oz Mtn Dew Zero, and it did have about 1 tablespoon of frozen pineapple, and that's it. So what then did I pay for? And what makes it even worse is the staff -- especially the girls who run this place -- are often unwilling to fix the drink when it's wrong. They do it begrudgingly and are rude. This isn't an anomaly. I've been here enough times to know this. For this repeatedly to happen, I figure it might be a bad system, bad training, or bad staffing. What else explains this?"
